"Grave Matters is sort of like Minesweeper. Albeit Minesweeper with terrifying robotic zombie monsters instead of mines, and evil grinning skulls instead of numbers." - PocketGamer

Reviews
So a couple things need to be fixed before the game is playable. When they are, I'll change the review to positive, as it is fun... but it's more tedious then fun at the moment. Display: Sometimes there's a grave hidden behind the trash in the lower left corner of the screen, messing up your calculations. Save System: The save system is attrocious. You can go through maybe 10 puzzles or so, but if the timer runs out, you need to start from the "chapter/stage".. This sounds fine until you realize the your character doesn't move directly vertically. Controls: Like Grimm said, the controlls are horrible, and better designed for mobile. (Space) = dig (Right Alt) = Mark mine... er grave.. But Marking a grave doesn't do anything. You can still dig on a marked grave. (Left Alt) = Special Dog Hint Mode, which shows you a heatmap (recommended graves to dig up) (I forgot) = Special Lightning, where you get to randomly disable a mine, but only on certain levels. (But what's the point of mines then?) Score: Maybe there's some benefit to never losing your dog, or getting a perfect score, or powerup store... but it's a meaningless counter for all I gather.
This game was reviewed using a code sent by the developer/publisher but this will NOT effect my opinion/review on this game

Review on behalf of Opium Pulses

Pulsing Through Your Games.

Pros:
[*] – The concept is a very good. [*] – The levels always change. [*] – Made in unity. [*] – Quite Challenging. [*] – I like the art style.
Cons:
[*] – Issues with some textures clipping with others objects. [*] – Repetitive after some time. [*] – No checkpoint system so if you get to level 11 and die you start back to level 1. [*] – The prologue was only the fun part. [*] – No in game menu to change controls. [*] – Struggle on act 1 as when I lose the dog you have to just hope you won’t die. [*] – Some of the controls are not explained well as
Right alt to put down graves and no idea what it does.
[*] – Music is a bit repetitive.
Conclusion:
I’m not trying to hate this game but there is nothing interesting in this so far it’s pretty much dig and try not to die that’s it, if the developer reads this please add more stuff to this as it is pretty boring and the clipping texture I have added a screenshot on the discussions forum. It gets a Thumbs down from me.
