Grand Theft Auto III

Childhood classic which I completed on KB+M. Tried on EasySMX X20 gamepad this time. Had to enable G-Input mode + disable the steam controller. It was atrocious. I had to remap half of buttons. Aiming is extremely hard since there is no aim assist and sensitivity is insane. I don't know why I did this to myself, game is 20 times easier if you use KB+M. Anyways, tech. aside, game is awesome.

compared to the "definitive edition" this game is like a glass of fine champagne

It's a game from the early 2000's, so do not expect a great and super detailed story. The missions are simple, but they are fun to complete. All in all, you can have fun with it. About running issues, the only thing I had to do is activate compatibility mode and change the texture files (the cars were really dark with the original file). The initial menu is a little bugged, but after I passed that, the game itself did not present any other issue. The only annoying thing is the mouse cursor. If you use your pc with 2 monitors, disable one of them. Otherwise, you'll keep clicking out of the game because the cursor is not locked to the game window.
