About
GOST of Time is like if Hotline Miami and Rick & Morty had a pixel baby that time-traveled and ended up becoming its own grandparent.
Welcome to a distant and absurd future where even time is subject to government regulations. In this glorious era of progress, an elderly citizen requires vital medication. He acquires a government-approved Time-Clone™ device for pill delivery. The process is, as always, efficient and precise - to get the pills, he must clone himself and send the clone into the machine, where it solves puzzles, retrieves the pills, and travels through time.
You play as the clone, created to serve a greater purpose. Your job is to face challenges, bypass obstacles, and solve puzzles to retrieve the pills for the old man.
Every time you go back in time, you'll encounter your past self, repeating all your actions exactly.
By working with your past selves, you solve puzzles to get the pill. Remember: you're your best ally and worst enemy!
Time-traveling mechanics: play with your past selves.
Collect ancient artifacts from the Old Era.
Hemoglobin, pixel violence, and dark humor.
Free DLC included!
Complete the game in under two hours, and a refund is guaranteed!

This game was genuinely a surprise, this is definetly a good puzzle game and a fun adventure, I've since finished the game and honestly I didn't see the ending coming altough I should have. I made a video in my youtube channel you wanna take a look at some of the levels!: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KrlSQ-Oiol8
things i liked: - time travel theme, and the idea of the main storyline - nostalgic, 'old era' vibe, and collectibles to match it - complicated puzzles, a bit frustrating at times, but satisfying to solve - murderous frogs! other things: - some gore and this kind of dark humour (unaliving oneself) might not be for everyone
Приятный визуал, отличная музыка, прекрасная прогрессия головоломок! Сам сеттинг интригующий при минимализме в повествовании.
I have a love-hate relationship with puzzle games, this one I couldn't stop playing until I finished it fully. I think having a bit of action mixed with puzzles was the perfect trick for my brain.
Short but fun puzzle game with dark humor and an interesting mechanic. Developer was also very helpful when I had a problem.
GOST of Time is a fun mix of puzzles and action. Working with your past selves to solve challenges is super cool. If you like time-travel games, give it a try!
прикольная игра с массой отсылок
For a variety of reasons, GOST of Time reminds me of something that I would have played on Newgrounds or a similar site back in the day. It's got a clever gameplay gimmick, writing that's goofy (even if the humour doesn't really land), and even a seemingly random and unnecessary bit of sexualization. While that does sound like more negatives than positives, I have to say that I enjoyed my time with it. The time-travelling puzzle solving mechanisms really are at the heart of what makes the game interesting, with things gradually ramping up in complexity until you're programming multiple clones to set up chain reactions that help you complete each level. It's quite short, and there are a few quirks I wish were ironed out, such as the gun not feeling very good to use and there being no way of knowing which levels contain Easter eggs you've missed. However, I think the price is right for such a quirky experience, and it's worth considering if you're in the market for a brain-tickling puzzler.
