Golf VS Zombies

The hitboxes are questionable. Can only kill zombies by hitting them in the head, but the mouth and below doesnt seem to register most of the time, and the side of the head sometimes gets blocked by the hands (not a special zombie). the second level you have which is *easy* difficulty, many times you will land randomly on the ground and a zombie that takes a minimum of 2 headshots to kill spawns next to you and gives you only 1 chance to destroy it. and then you die wondering how in the world it's an *easy* level, and how the hell you progress in the game. The graphics are comedic, the dialogue is fun to read, and if the 2 problems above weren't a problem it would be a nice little game to pass the time. sadly, I have to suggest against this as those are the main features of the game.

There is some fun to be had with Golf VS Zombies but I can't recommend it. At its core this is an 18 hole golf game where after every drive you, you must golf your way out of zombie attacks. That much is a novel idea, works well enough, and can be fun. Just about every other part of this game is really rough around the edges. My biggest issues were the currency system (used for buying new courses, absolutely essential permanent upgrades, cosmetics, and limited use powerups) being INSANELY grindy for a game with such a short runtime forcing you to replay courses, the golfing camera angle frequently making you make educated guesses about what you're aiming at, and putting always being an entirely flat afterthought of a mechanic.

Very fun for what it is; however, what it is, is fairly limited. I would've liked to see a little more emphasis on the golfing. Charming, none the less.

Great game! Please add a multiplayer option or a custom match, anything so I can play with my friends without using the steam play.

I feel like this game had a lot really neat tidbits and mechanics but JUUUUUST misses the mark. Pros: - Mixes zombies and Golfing well - The zombie fight mechanic was so fun - Fun silly and great for a quick play Cons: - The stroke count was not great when fusing everything - The unlock stuff is kinda... Not worth it - Feels a little unfinished It's a good game, not bad I just think it could be more then it was. I give it 3/5 golf ball types.
