Golf Pool VR

With the new update most of the issues I had with the game regarding the aiming are fixed. I was able to play without experiencing frustration which makes the game pretty good now. If you like the idea of mixing golf and pool you'll surely like the game. The addition of arcade adds more fun to the game and I hope more will be added in the future or maybe different rules for pool games! The graphics, sounds, and level design are pretty nice and there's even some humour which I thought was pretty funny. So for me it's definitely a good buy with the new update, keep up the good work!!

Game doesn't work without VR headseat!!!! Stupid devs lied to me, but atleast I got my money back EDIT: "People who work to bring games to you." and I brought it back to you!

This game is GOOD FUN, could be a bit better if made a few improvements: -Very slow paced, takes way too long for AI to hit the ball making it boring (Dev was good in addressing) -Glitches - floor sometimes at eye level, unable to do arcade mode on other maps other than sci-fi, aiming option to just hit it like golf without the trigger lock angles as much too etc. Left handed needs to be set everytime sometimes need to hit it backwards on the other side due to what seems like a glitch prob for lefties. Its close to good!

Great game. I love the concept and the execution of it. The dev is so damn nice. I love that its becoming multiplatform (being released on quest tomorrow i believe). make sure you guys check out the discord server (no i wasnt told to say that). the main thing i love is the different backgrounds that become more than just backgrounds. finally i can play sci fi golf lol

An absolute blast with a friend

I am seriously enjoying this game! The mix of golf and pool is a cleaver idea and the game flow makes for a rather relaxing experience (think Croquet with pool pockets instead of wickets). I really wish there were more games like this in VR which seem dominated by role-playing/shooter games. The controls do take a bit to get the hang of, but I think the developers have made improvements since some of the older reviews here. I successful won my first game against the AI just today. That being said, I do hope there are more improvements coming in terms of adjustments to the difficulty level and controls. The BEST part of this app, however, are the environments! Cyber City is truly stunning. The level of detail is so amazing that I think the $10.00 is worth it just to spend time there. Definitely recommend.

Golf Pool VR is a very relaxing experience with some of the most beautiful visuals I've ever seen in VR. The gameplay is simple to understand so that it works great for people who're new to VR. My biggest complaint is the lack of background music and having to wait for the AI in singleplayer mode. Whilst you can't change the latter, the lack of music and simple gameplay make this a great game for listening to a podcast. Definitely check it out if you are interested. It has been roughly 6 months since release, and we haven't seen an update yet. The concept here is great, I enjoyed playing for a bit, but set down the game with the intention of waiting for more updates. I haven't checked on the game between release and now, and am currently disappointed to find that it hasn't been updated once in the ~six months since release. For this reason I don't recommend the game. I should mention that the environments are great and that the gameplay is decent, if you want to play pool at golf scale in VR (oddly specific request), this is your only option. Edit: Good to hear that the game is still being worked on! Stuff takes time, and that's OK, there's nothing to apologize for. I'll definitely check back post-update(s) and update my review as I see fit.

Buggy to the point I can't get past the tutorial. A shame really.
