⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ GOLF AROUND! — A MASTERPIECE OF CHAOTIC GOLFING BLISS 11/10 — would get launched into the stratosphere by a windmill again. Golf Around! isn’t a game. It’s an experience. It’s the moment you realize mini-golf can cause both enlightenment and cardiac arrest from laughter. From the second you open the game, it hits you: the colors? immaculate. the physics? chaotic perfection. the vibes? transcendent. Every course feels like it was handcrafted by an artist who asked, “What if we made golf… fun?” And then they did. They made golf fun. The obstacles don’t just challenge you — they lift you spiritually as you get flung off the map for the 86th time. The cannons? Beautiful. The loops? Majestic. The impossible jumps? Character-building. Multiplayer is where the game reaches godhood. You will NEVER hear your friends laugh harder, scream louder, or cry more joyfully than when all of you are stuck on the same cursed ramp for 7 consecutive strokes. You bond through suffering. You ascend together. The level editor? Oh. You thought the base game was good? Welcome to infinite content, created by madmen, geniuses, and agents of chaos. There are custom maps that will change your life, rearrange your molecules, and possibly void your warranty. ⭐ FINAL RATING: ∞ / 10 Not just recommended — MANDATORY if you enjoy: fun friends screaming the feeling of being shot out of a carnival ride perfect physics-based comedy or just being happy Golf Around! is easily one of the greatest party games ever made. Play it. Love it. Get owned by a spinning hammer. If you want, I can also make: an ironically negative review a deranged troll review a “funny Steam review” style a review written like a Shakespeare monologue Just tell me the vibe.
get it its so fun
best game ever for groups
The only thing I love about this game is when the motorcycle does a front flip.
Best mini golf game I have played
It's a fairly basic mini golf game. What you see is what you get. The controls are simple, the music is calming, and the courses are pretty short. There's a nice variety of courses and it seems more occasionally get added. Though there isn't really a 'traditional' mini golf course, everything has it's theme. You don't seem to keep score after the round is over, so you can't see your progress, which is a little disappointing. You can download community maps, which I assume have loads of variety. But even with just sticking to the base game there's enough here to enjoy yourself with. The only issue I've found is that the physics are a little weird at times, specifically with the bouncing. It's mini golf, so of course you'll want to bounce the ball off the walls to get around corners. The issue is that sometimes a ball will collide with a wall at a wide angle only to bounce off at a much tighter angle. Other times you'll hit a diagonal wall and the ball will bounce back like you just hit a perpendicular wall. It's a little frustrating, but not game killing. Overall, a decent mini golf game that is cheap to run. If you aren't willing (or are unable) to download community content then I'd say wait for a 50% sale. The base game is rather short, probably no more than 2 hours if you're just sprinting through the courses, but another 3 or 4 to get achievements if you're dedicated. It'll definitely be a nice addition to any casual, relaxing game libraries.
