游戏其实还行,最大的问题在于要阅读的内容实在是太-------多了,而且还是手写体,看着不是一般的累。还有附身的道具不会自动归位也是差点被逼重开,后半基本就是跟攻略跑了完全没力气自己解。
Pointish-and-clickish ghost adventure game. You are the ghost of Abigail Blackwood, who died when she was twelve years old, emerging at her tombstone to find out rather a lot of time has gone by since then. Find out what has happened to your home and family. Explore a house largely locked away behind warding sigils. Learn what has brought you into unlife after so many years. And perhaps feed the crow. Fogey alert: While the game does have text size adjustments, not everything is made large enough to easily read, and many of the documents you find ingame are in a handwritten font that can be hard to make out. I went from using a bigscreen TV across the room to occasionally being inches away from a laptop screen. This is a very atmospheric game. Rather than a ghostly figure, you are portrayed by a glowing sphere that trails along behind your mouse pointer. There are crows coming and going, there are eddies of dust and fog here and there, the house creaks, the wind sighs, clicks are acknowledged by the sound of an eerie breath, and the wards that block your way fade in and out of your vision as you approach the walls. The game features ghosts and demons, but there is much less a feel of horror than there is of quiet loss. It's a two-dimensional setting. You can go through and sometimes over buildings, but not around. You can go through walls if there aren't wards or sigils blocking you, but you need open doors if you're carrying ("possessing") an object. It's important to remember up and down as much as left and right while exploring; you can suddenly find otherwise hidden basements, attics and underground chambers. The wards and sigils blocking off sections of the house represent demons that have been bound to those sections, the how and why being part of what you need to discover. Unlocking those sections typically involves finding the corresponding opposing sigil for a given demon, in a book or note or something, which has to be unearthed through questing and exploration. In the course of this, you'll find yourself exploring the nearby town (once unlocked), the nearby woods (once unlocked) and other, not-exactly-nearby places, along with the surprisingly extensive spaces under the house. Google defines "goetia" as "an old European magical tradition." Ingame, this gets expanded on as the practice of summoning and binding spirits and demons. This has apparently been studied at the Blackwood house with varying degrees of success, with reactions from family and villagers alike ranging from fascination to alarm, according to notes and letters you find. Your/Abigail's feelings on the matter also vary, especially as you discover what it might mean to you personally. I got through a good chunk of the explorable areas in about five hours. There were a couple things I didn't get, which drove me to find a rather good walkthrough in the Steam community, and there was one puzzle I brute-forced and another I tried to. Got it in a Humble Bundle some time ago, so likely less than US$2, but contains a fair amount of content and investment for its current Steam price of $15. Definitely worth a sale price if you can catch it.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A really nice atmosphere. A lot more narrative than puzzle however some of the puzzles took a while to figure out. All in all a pretty good game on sale.
this game taught me how to summon demons 6.66/5
7/10
10/10 puzzle exploration game. you wake up as a spirit your house that is abandoned and need to figure out what happened. the music in the game was brilliant and added to the atmosphere. would play again
Though I really appreciated the atmosphere, the overall plot, themes an writing, and thoroughly enjoyed the mood of the sound design and music, the game unfortunately often devolves into puzzles that fall into three categories: -far fetched, as in when (if) you come up with the solution, it's more baffling than rewarding; this is often caused by the game poorly telegraphing that an action is possible (like rotating a photograph on a wall...a thing you can do precisely once for one puzzle amongts the dozens of pictures in the game) -lost in the mass, as in you have so many places to visit an so many documents, and so many screens to search for in terms of interactions, that you might have already stumbled upon the solution, but missed it in the noise of small interactions and remarks from your character -very tedious to actually perform even when you understand the solution and/or how to manifest it (the sigil puzzle with ten docs to connect together was a highlight...) All of this isn't helped by a pretty finicky interaction system, that's having a hard time conveying what type of interaction each interactible object can propose; also, while the game is relatively polished, the occasional bug might not help make a puzzle clear. Now, to be fair, occasional bug aside, the game does try to mitigate all that. There isn't pixel hunting per se for example, a staple of boring point and click games; this is because you can display on screen every interactible object for every room. Each document is accessible in a menu, and is sorted by places. Also, the game does a good job tracking each new element of the plot in a journal, likewise sorted by places. Despite all this, I feel like the devs went just a tad too far. I don't know if it's the open navigation that ends up hurting the readability of the puzzles, the puzzles themselves that are a bit obtuse or laborious to solve, or the surprising length of the game for its genre, but I felt pretty exhausted playing this one, when I rarely back off a point and click or puzzle game. And it's too bad...because the ambience is really good, and I actually was intrigued by the plot.
Интересно, необычно и довольно сложно - заставляет основательно призадуматься иногда.
Goetia is an excellent, eery mystery detective point-and-click. You play as a restless ghost, haunting a medival mansion. You float around and find bits of information that unlock areas for you to explore further, until eventually you solve the mystery and complete the game. Playing Goetia I feel constantly on edge, like as if I'm physically there, exploring a haunted mansion. There's a constant feeling running through my spine that there's some evil presence watching me. A presence that doesn't want me here. To unravel the mystery I have to continu, even if it feels like stepping deeper into the abyss. Completing this game is a fun little exercise in perseverance and in overcoming fear. I highly recommend it. Play it if you have the nerves for it.
