Achei o jogo bem paia é mto rapido literalmente conversa com npc no lobby entra no mapa mata bixo generico explora uma pequena parte de um mapa minusculo volta pro lobby e faz isso até cansar e vim gameplay no youtube pensando que talvez ainda fosse o tutorial e ainda sim o jogo todo tem essa proposta de repetição

Got this for ten bucks and I'd say that's the sweet spot price wise as the game is good, but it's no where near as fun as other monster killing series it's taken inspiration of. Combat feels much faster than its inspiration as I don't need to apply buffs every two seconds. Monsters flee far too much it feels but could be my memory being wrong. Music was good enough to not mute but don't expect it to move you so much you download an mp3. Speaking of monsters they look extremely unique and varied, I don't think I ever looked at one, the major big monsters obviously not the fodder, and thought it was boring. Overall it's alright, if you like God Eater then it'll likely be great for you, if you were like me who saw a cheap game then it'll work for that mindset.

I played through the entire main story and most of the side content with a friend of mine. I think overall, this game is quite fun in terms of gameplay. The melee combat is quite satisfying and the Beam ranged weapon I used was quite alright to use well. It is really difficult to dodge most of the time though since the enemies don't always have much of a wind-up to their attacks, causing you to get hit a lot if you are too aggressive. The story itself is not too interesting to be honest. I watched the anime (which takes place around the first half or the first game or something like that) and I was hooked, I was really interested in the world and its characters. Playing this game, the story just wasn't that interesting and the characters weren't either. For those who really care about the story (Don't worry, I won't spoil anything here), after you finish the main story + the first entire extra content thing, you unlock some extra content that allows you to learn a lot more about the characters you have spent tens of hours with. Why? First of all, you can only "progress" with some characters at a time, after you progress enough, you get a short mission where you learn more about the character, but in order to gain this progress, you need to do missions, but this is already at the end of the game, so you're just gonna have to repeat quests for the progress and nothing more, really a shame. The visuals though I think are fine, they're not the best, but not bad either, I think they're quite alright. There's even some animated cutscenes in the game that make it look more like the anime, which I think was a bit odd, but they looked great. Overall, the gameplay is quite alright, visuals are nice, but story is uninteresting, mostly compared to the anime.

I wanted to like it since God Eater is suppose to be like Monster Hunter but with Aliens, honestly one of the most boring MH likes I've played besides Dauntless. Came down to a few things 1) Too Easy Especially with npcs joining you on main story quests 2) Brain Dead AI 3) Weapons and Alien Monsters are just a tad bit generic design wise just nothing really stands out although the custom bullets a neat idea but nothing really gave me the urge to grind in terms of cool gear. Just some of my gripes with it from a first impression didn't grab me like Monster Hunter and Wild Hearts did.
