GNOSIA

this game is absolutely beautiful, from the storytelling to the music to the art itself. Personally, games that require me to think a little about what exactly I'm doing are what I enjoy the most, so GNOSIA quickly became one of my favourite games within the first few loops i played. It does get fairly repetitive after a while, but every event you view makes it worthwhile, in my opinion.

Played this social deduction visual novel after seeing the pilot of the anime. The beginning (with fewer characters and no skills) and the end (with the whole cast and numerous skills) are great, while the middle moves along incredibly slowly. The gameplay loop is a bit frustrating and unsatisfying in that the characters all accuse each other of being Gnosia without evidence; there are no hints in dialogue or character portraits, so you are guessing for the majority of the gameplay until someone makes an odd decision that reveals it. Considering that these runs have to be done >100 times in order to unlock all cutscenes and skills, one can imagine how exhausting it is. You eventually unlock the ability to progress faster but it doesn't make the game more fun. Unique experience with an interesting plot, but would watch the anime instead to experience it. 3/5.

非常好游戏，要是人物语言能更随机一点就好了

ストーリーが非常に面白いゲーム。実況動画流し見するくらいならとりあえずやれ。 ゲームシステム的には人狼ゲームである。自分で人数や役を調整可能。特定の条件で発生するイベントを見ることが目標となる。 主観だが、「論理的な最善策を説けない代わりに、ステータスで場を支配できる人狼」って感じ。 「ドクター2盤面だからとりあえずロラしたら1黒軍は吊れるやろ」…ってことを船員たちには説明できない。その代わり、「疑う」だとかで船員の心情をコントロールして勝利に導く。その成功はやっぱりロジックだとかのステータスに依存する。 人狼ジャッジメントほどは考察力は求められないが、ログから積極的に黒っぽい人物を類推することが肝要。船員たちは皆「沼」なので、最後は自分で勝利をつかみ取ろう。

Decided to play after watching anime adaptation. Not bad. But stop bullying poor Raqio haha
