Glassteroids is a beautiful 3D arcade space blaster. Take classic 80s arcade gameplay, add an extra dimension, retro minimalist wireframe graphics and an epic soundtrack, and you will start to have an idea of what's ahead.

Pretty sweet game, very cool art style, and the music is awesome. Would reccomend.
Fun little game! It's a 3D version of Asteroids, Had no issues, basically pick-up and play! (No tutorial needed!) Enjoyable soundtrack that is fittingly '80s synth. A good replication of an arcade game!
Experienced on the Meta Quest 3
First things first, to even get this game to run, I had to put this command in the Steam launch option as follows otherwise it would crash on launch (note where the quotes are): cmd /c "set OPENSSL_ia32cap=:~0x200000200000000 && %command%" If that were the only issue, I might recommend this as a budget VR Asteroids remake option. Unfortunately, the bugs don't stop there. It is often the case that an enemy will be outside the sphere and will refuse to go inside the sphere where you are. Well, you will get stuck in that level and you'll have to restart. I do not know a way around this bug, other than luck. Lastly, on the boss fight, at least for me, instead of my view being inside the sphere, my view was outside the sphere while my ship was inside the sphere. I could still kind of play the boss level, but obviously, it was not optimal since I had a limited view (top down). Game was abandoned by the dev. Apparently he got another job and couldn't return to his dev duties for their games released on Steam. I don't know it seems like many devs make lots of excuses for releasing games in Early Access and then abandoning them. [b]Rate 2.5/10. I would call this a broken game, but it sort of functions and, sadly, I've played much worse than this. Shame because I think there might have been a fun little budget arcade there somewhere .... Is it just me? Am I doing something wrong? There is a sphere filled with glassteroids. I shoot them all. Now there's just a small ship, shooting at me, from outside the sphere. I can't shoot outside the sphere to destroy it, and it never enters the sphere. So nothing else happens. I wish I could keep playing...
Contrary to the Steam Store info, the game does not appear to support gamepads while in VR mode. RESPONSE TO DEV: I couldn't figure out how to message you directly, so here's the response to your question: If you look at the right side where "VR Support" is mentioned, you'll see that there's a subcategory for Input. There you have "Tracked Motion Controllers, Gamepad, and Keyboard/Mouse". You should remove the other 2 input methods that don't apply to VR. General gamepad support is advertised further up as a general tag for the game, which you already have.
