Their faces are the playing pieces. The rules are their emotions!Ridiculously charming puzzles, wrapped around an epic tale of love and danger, topped off with an authentic old-time stringband soundtrack! The goal is to put every one next to their friends. But you can't please everybody all the time.

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 25 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This is a two language review, Russian one is below. Это двуязычный обзор, русская версия ниже. A wonderful puzzle. It looks nice. It sounds nice. Bronze medal solutions are quite easy, but you have to think/experiment for a gold medal one. There are steam cards. There are 9 achievements, including 7 rare ones and they can be unlocked offline. There is a plot with bugs and aliens. It can be played several levels per day after work before going to bed. What else do you want for such a price with a discount on sale? The only problem I encountered was Act #2 achievement not unlocking at first try, but it was solved by watching the final act video again. No doubt that it took lot of talent, effort and hard work to make the game, so many thanks to the devs.

This is the kind of game that shines when different mechanics are allowed to interact with each other and let interesting behaviors emerge. Girls Like Robots tries its best not to do that. It introduces a mechanic, uses it for 4 to 6 puzzles, and then throws it away. Every chapter feels gimmicky and the whole game feels like whoever designed the puzzles had a bunch of ideas without any unitary vision. At first it's pretty normal: generate as much happiness as possible, and it's about how the different characters interact with each other. Fair enough. Then you can only put people next to each other, and are limited to who you can place on the board. More annoying than interesting or challenging, but sure. Then there's a guy moving around the board with no apparent logic, and the game becomes just waiting for him to be in a certain spot and lock him there. Then you have to direct fireflies towards big insects, making them bounce on people. That's already not a puzzle anymore, and the core of the gameplay is gone for a while. And it just keeps going like that, mixing puzzle, and time based actions, and reflexes, but never ever making two gimmicks exist at the same time. It gets dull pretty quickly.
It's not a bad game. The developer has some creative ideas on how the puzzle changes as the game progresses. If you are looking for a cute, casual, puzzle game, you may enjoy this game. What makes me not recommend this game is an achievement("Nerd Dropped") which requires the user to spend hours playing an annoying bonus level where a lot of luck is required. When actively playing it, you can control left and right, but it's pure luck on if a peg is going to appear below you (character is in middle of screen, camera can not be zoomed out and camera has no intelligence, fall speed can not be reduced, initially lateral movement is slow(acceleration) and fully accelerating in one direction prevents pegs from loading). The game also has an annoying spin on the character which you are not able to control... this makes only pegs below or slightly to the right worthwhile. It took me around 3 hours of actively playing this annoying bonus level to reach level 50 (250,000 pts) Note that you may also have the bonus game run in the "background"(instead of actively playing), but at rate of ~2 points per second, the game will need to run for 1 or 2 days and must have the game window active. In the discussion board the developer did respond to the community that they heard the community feedback and would look into making changes, but never did (that statement was about 5 years ago). This is an older game(2014) so it's understandable that they wouldn't update it. "Don't Seal the Deal" is an example of a good creative achievement. Every other achievement is what you normally expect. If your interested in 100% completing this game, it is very doable, but if your like me and other players, you may find the "Nerd Dropped" achievement to be very annoying, and time consuming.
dope game, very funny
This game is pretty hilarious! The puzzles start off simple but get more difficult as you progress through the levels. The real charm, though, comes from the quirky and unrealistic logic behind it all. The "plot" is absurdly funny — like, girls like robots, nerds like edges, and apparently, girls are okay with nerds only if there’s an adjacent pie. It’s as ridiculous as it sounds, but that’s part of the fun! Honestly, it turns the old saying “the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach” on its head, and suddenly, it’s all about sitting next to a girl through the magic of pie. Some ‘wtf logic’ moments will have you laughing out loud. If you’re looking for a light-hearted, offbeat puzzle game that doesn’t take itself too seriously, this one is sure to give you a good time!
cute puzzle game
Cute puzzle game that shows the true horror of planning party seatings. It's funny, humorous and light hearted. Careful with the nerds!
