Gil's Lucid Dreams

Atrocious. There are so many problems I don't know where to begin, this just adds to the pile of terrible horror games which are all over steam. For starters, the dialogue and speech are woeful. Spelling, grammar, and even pronunciation errors abound. It's honestly as if someone used google translate, then read it from the screen, so someone else could transcribe it and add it to the game. I really don't know how else it could have been done to end up being this poor. And for what essentially is a narrative game this is beyond excusable. On top of sounding terrible, it looks ugly as well. Why they thought it necessary to add a mirror to the bedroom so you could see how badly your character animates I'll never understand. You also have to take sleeping pills to remain in the dream that you're exploring. Which basically amounts to taking health pills as your health slowly dwindled. Not a terrible mechanic as it stands, but for some reason the developer thought he would obstruct your vision more and more as your health ticks down. It's gets to the point where you get to half health where the game becomes unplayable and you need to take your health pack, which kinda defeats the purpose of the mechanic.. And it's a weird choice of design for the blurring, it basically looks like your eyes are sweating. At first I figured I was just being rained upon and thought it was a bug as I was fully indoors. Also, when you finally pick up a gun, the reflections are done so poorly that the metallic sheen at the back of the gun is blinding half the time. Thankfully you don't have the gun long, nor do you have to endure combat with it. Also, for a horror game, there really isn't much in the way of horror. The gameplay consists of walking around, hovering up pills, and wading through a couple of irritating puzzles as you explore a few classrooms and listen to a mind-numbing description of how someone was bullied at school, which seems to account for the majority of the understandable part of this mess of a story. The game also seems to send a dangerous message about guns in schools, and how they help to solve problems. At least that's how I interpreted it. But overall, avoid, no matter the discount. It's uniquely awful.

夢をコントロールして自分のトラウマと向き合うホラーＦＰＳ。 今のところ短いゲームでセーブ機能はないっぽい。１時間くらいでクリア。 明晰夢のゲームだ！と思って買ったけど空飛んだりとかいわゆる 明晰夢っぽいことはできなかった。ただ視界のぼやけた感じが夢っぽい。 アイテムの使い方がわかりにくかったりするけど、50円ならいいかなあという感じ。 最初の謎解きの答えをどうやって導き出すのかわからん…。 英語の丁寧なガイドがあるので、謎解きに詰まったらそれを見るとよさそうです。

I am 32 years old. My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and we adopted our son together. Both are now 4 years old. When we were going through our separation, I felt lost and unhappy. I was self-destructive. One day, I was so angry with everything spiraling out of control that I punched a concrete wall in a moment of overwhelming emotion. This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand I desperately needed to ensure I could continue providing. Upon learning the severity of the self-inflicted damage, I became almost suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man, with no history of depression or anxiety. I had never experienced anger outbursts, nor was I the type to break down and cry, but I was in a tough situation that truly prevented me from seeing the light on the other side. With nothing better to do, I looked for a game I could play WITH ONE HAND while recovering. Somehow, I stumbled upon this game and read some of the comments. I decided it was worth a try... I must admit I didn't beat the game, nor did I play as much as some of you. In fact, I may have played this game for only a day or two. That being said, after doing so, I had a new joy and hope for life. I managed to leave behind the pain and suffering that had been thrust upon me. I could experience the joy and happiness of other people. I relaxed for 5 ♥♥♥♥ minutes listening to this music, long enough to realize that I would be okay. After realizing this, I turned off the game and went back to work. My hand hurt a lot, but I was motivated. I stopped feeling so sorry for myself and became the father I needed to be at that moment, not the weak boy I was behaving like. Today, I am close friends with the mother of my children. We don't fight, argue, or say hurtful things to each other. We are parents and friends. Now I have 3 children. My third child is, wait, ALSO 4 YEARS OLD. The woman I am with was going through a very similar situation at the time of my separation, and we just unexpectedly stumbled into each other's lives. We have been dating for a year and are very happy together. Moral of the story: you never know what life has in store for you, and if I had given up when all odds were against me, I wouldn't be where I am today. This silly little game helped me realize that. Thank you.

I scared to play this game this game have Low Price but this game must to cost more :)
