Ghostist

I heard about this game from Insym and liked the retro feel bringing me back to my NES days. The game is so addicting and well worth the price. Think of 2D Phasmophobia where you get to use evidence to determine the ghost type then can even exorcise the ghost. I am hoping to see more maps and ghost added along with new ghost models to add some more fear to the game.

Ok, this game is makes really really fun. It got a nice tutorial. And the gameplay is good. Some things I miss right now, is to choose which ghost, based of the evidence, it could be. Like orbs + spiritbox could be ghost 1,ghost 2,ghost 3. Like in phasmophobia. But overall a really good game.

the game is really cool, i get spooked sometimes :) The art style is good, there is a good selection of maps. etc.. The only thing i can say is "buy it" :D

With the 2D graphics, the game gives a bit of a back to the roots feeling which I really like! Nice little game for in between!

A lot of 8-bit like ghost hunting fun! After a couple rounds of dying you start aprecciating the items a lot lol. Thank you for this game taxicomics :)

After Insym's livestream, I looked up this game and, based on the pictures, downloaded and bought it. The game exceeds expectations and is seriously cool. I'll be playing it a lot more soon and I really can't wait for that!

love the game. needs more jobs and maybe from time to time the characters house should be haunted also. would love for her house to be haunted after fully completing it.

In short, it's a great little ghost hunting game. Think of it as Phasmophobia Lite. It's not a game you'll be pouring dozens of hours into, but it's a fun game to play the occasional match or two. Matches rarely take over 5 minutes, as ghosts are very easy to find with the EMF reader and give evidence generously. Most evidence-gathering tools are consumable, however the game rewards you very well for successful completions. You're never at a risk of losing dozens of games worth of progress from a single death It's much easier compared to other ghost-hunting games. Most ghosts are completely passive, making it VERY hard to die. The only ways you will find yourself dying are: A) running into the rare aggressive ghosts, or B) mucking up the exorcism. There isn't much of a progression system. The only progression is making your house (the hub between missions) larger, and that is all. There's a surprising amount of maps, but as a single-player only game, I cannot recommend the large maps. I definitely recommend sticking to the small/medium maps instead. To conclude, I definitely recommend it either for fans of preexisting ghost hunting games, or people who find 3-D ghost hunting games too intense.

the game is great! my only critique is that it would be nice to play online with other people. the game got scary and I didnt like the idea of bring alone
