Игра сделана в стиле DOS квестов начала 90х годов. Играется хорошо. Минус это отсутствие русского языка. Игра действительно нагоняет ощущение страха и кстати говоря, реально навеивает у меня ностальгию по тем временам.
love the game and the combat , the spooks hit good and its just over all scary fun. story is good too

Best of the Cursed Trilogy. Fun combat, great story, pretty replayable. But playing on Linux was truly a fight. See my post on ProtonDB or in the discussion forum for this game for tips. Highly recommend you play it on Windows though, even if you need to use a VM to do it, this game is one step away from being considered unplayable on Linux.

I love this game. I never knew where the story was going and it takes you for a wild ride. If you love classic point and clicks, this is the next evolution of that genre. I love the trilogy and am looking forward to the remake of the first game.
this is probably the most underrated game ive ever played its so good
Cursed 3 is a very good horror, action game and a great way to end the cursed series, but what is the story. It has been 2 years since the horrors Jennifer and her friend Randall had experienced, were Jennifer not only lost her parents but her whole town to the demon Malus and his cult, it should have been finally over. But Jennifer still had questions, why was she chosen, why did her father have a key to the Lunen people, what part does her and her family and her play in all this? So Jennifer decides to get answers. Tracking down her great-grandparents house she hopes that the home would have the answers the young woman desires, but like with everything else complications will rise and this will put her and her friends to the test, physically, mentally and spiritually as they face Malus one last time. Now then what are the likes, the story is really good not only does it answer all of the questions that I had in the previous two games, it tells a very good and compelling story with themes of love, friendship and courage with plenty of great twists, turns and emotional moments it was really touching. Also another big Improvement for the story is that the text boxes don't disappear on their own, most of the time when you click on something or when characters talks you can leave that text up and if you want to get rid of it you can just click the space bar to go to the next one. That was always a problem that the previous two games had, so I'm glad it was addressed in this one. The characters are all really good, this time the game has a more emphasis on characters like with Jennifer having things to say about the environment and everything she is seeing, I mean Randall kind of did that in his game, but to the extent Jennifer can. The gameplay is good, it’s better than the gameplay in the second game where in that it felt more like a slog, here while it does have some of that it's not as frequent as it was in that game. It also has a more unique combat system I feel like it’s a combination of the combat systems and aspects of the first and second games, we have the blocking mechanic of the first game and later on melee combat with a sword and shield and the gunplay of the second game, also this game’s enemies will move around the screen so you'll have to follow them and raise your shield, also more enemies will join in if they are close and hear you fighting. There’s also a magic system which can allow you to cast different spells like for healing and such, although some spells can be more useful than others, we can also get familiars that can provide aid in battle and we can upgrade them. Speaking of upgrades, like the second game we upgrade our character via through natural progression and after getting to a certain level we can upgrade a certain attribute. Another interesting thing I am kind of iffy on is the fact that our character doesn't really know how to use a gun, what I mean by that is when Jennifer’s reloading a gun she has trouble with it, but as we get proficient in the weapons she will be able to do quicker reloads and be able to hurt an enemy a lot more which makes sense, but still it's kind of annoying. The puzzles were okay some of the answers you could figure out with some work or trial and error, others I had to use a walkthrough. The graphics are still very good, again it has this classic hand drawn newground style that I really like, it has a great use of colors and designs that feel nostalgic, like it makes me remember times that when I was on Newgrounds either watching videos or playing their flash games. The levels are good the house definitely feels real and there are plenty of interesting areas that makes you just want to stop and stare, also each area is unique and makes it impossible to get lost, except for like the maze, but that's fixed with the ability to draw a map. The enemies and bosses were good each one had their own unique and creepy looks; I think the spider boss and the baby were the creepiest looking. The music is good with a lot of great soundtracks that are from other games that fit this game quite well. Now is this game scary, like the previous two games not really it's more action focused, through it has some gently creepy moments and some jumpscares, but other than that it’s not really that scary. Now then what are the dislikes, this game doesn't have achievements like the previous two games, again which is very weird particularly for this game since it has multiple endings and just little things here and there that feels like achievements would fit here. Some of the bosses are a real pain in the ass to fight, the worst being the gladiator boss, I know it's optional but it sucks. In the original game you only needed to fight the Gladiator once and then you could destroy his helmet and cut off his head to gain a new familiar, but here you actually have to fight him. And he has this really annoying second phase that has a lot of quick attacks and this one stupid energy attack were the gladiator jumps up in the air, flies around and attacks you with these energy slashes, now in order to stop them you're supposed to slash at them but a lot of times it didn't work even though I knew I slashed them. Another annoying thing about this fight is that he has a third phase where he does a super quick stab attack, the way to beat it is to use your time spell to slow down time and use your shield, but it was quite annoying and I used a lot of energy trying to get past the second phase, honestly that whole fight felt more luck than actual skill. Another stupid boss is Spencer Carrington which wasn't a boss in the first version of the game so it's really annoying to have to fight this creature, particularly because the only way to hurt him is to shoot at his core, but the only way to get to his core is either to use a powerful blast when it does its fire breath attack or shoot all the eyes that it sprouts up for his eyeball attack, but the eyeballs appear in random places and they go pretty quickly. And lastly the final boss was annoying because it had the same kind of the same energy attack that the Gladiator had in his second phase. Okay then with that done Cursed 3 is a very good horror, action game and a great way to end the cursed series; it has a really good story, really good characters and good gameplay, so not only do I recommend this game, I also recommend the series. I do say have patience with it but it's a great horror action series that I really enjoyed and I can't wait for the remake of the first game that's coming out soon.
This MASSIVELY underrated GEM- combines all of my favorite aspects of resident evil but with its own very unique and VERY fun combat system!!! Huge skill ceiling. and WHY WAS THE STORY SO GOOD????
