Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

剧情一波三折,玩着还是挺上头的,不过中途有些关卡解密过于电波以至于要重复很多次试错才能过关。
pretty great game
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 30: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The dialogue is unskippable, which is especially frustrating in a game centered around time travel. You often have to revisit the same sections and sit through the same conversations repeatedly. Another issue is the inconsistent save system. Sometimes you simply want to stop playing, but you can't save when you choose. Instead, you're forced to wait until the next gameplay segment begins before a save point becomes available. Finally, the solutions aren't always obvious. I had to rely on a walkthrough at least twice to progress. A built-in hint system would have made the experience much more enjoyable. While the game does provide clues through conversations with other characters, those hints aren't always sufficient. At times, I simply couldn't figure out what the developer intended as the correct solution, which led to unnecessary frustration.
Total Biscuit was the man who introduced me to Ghost Trick for the first time. It was a mere mention made in a video about some other game. But, I was intrigued by what he described as a unique and memorable puzzle game, apparently exclusive to the Nintendo DualScreens. I still remembered it a decade later, when I saw a demo for Ghost Trick appear on the PlayStation store while I was spending the summer of 2023 at a hotel. For all the long-term remembrance I have of Ghost Trick, I don't remember what video that was or which game Total Biscuit was actually covering. After racking my memory for possibilities and searching several different video transcripts for "ghost," I found Total Biscuit's video where I first learned about Ghost Trick. At 29:09 in, ironically, ► WTF Is... - Remember Me, released on June 10, 2013. https://youtu.be/1K0cEKuxqa8?t=1749 I never had a 3DS, or apparently iOS, so I appreciate the opportunity to experience the HD remaster. I think this is an excellent upgrade of a handheld/mobile game. Aside from the limited aspect ratio, it feels like a competent PC game. Despite being designed for handheld devices, I was surprised at how deep and lengthy this game is. It makes my heart ache to think of earlier times in gaming when it was much more often that creative and intelligent people could get a good dev team, ample time and a decent budget to take a wacky idea and fully develop it. Ghost Trick is so satisfying. It's really more of a visual novel than a puzzle game. The story is incredibly intricate, with dizzying amounts of setup/payoff, twists and crazy reveals. The plot keeps me asking questions, and constantly delivers answers... but not without raising new questions! It relentlessly dangles mystery and intrigue, non-stop. Some of the late-game reveals felt too contrived to be convincing. It relies on lame stuff like repressed memories, delusional levels of denial, and characters weirdly keeping hushhush what they know about certain events and topics until the plot is ready for them to talk about it. The story is great, and that's good, because it's the majority of the game experience. Ghost Trick is a unique approach to puzzle-room avatar-based gaming, focusing on lively characters and countless mysteries, rather than moving through sterile test chambers. The limitations of controlling an avatar are actually part of the game mechanics. 👍 The puzzle mechanics are very simple, but slightly grow through the game. Having recently watched Inception (2011), I was able to correctly anticipate one way the mechanics/scenario would evolve. As I've said in many reviews, my all-time nemesis in puzzle/adventure gaming has been sliding tile puzzles. For 30 years, I've hated them. For some reason, Ghost Trick has some extra puzzles - no, not bonus puzzles using the game's mechanics.... SLIDING TILE PUZZLES! There's an achievement for completing the three 5x5 puzzles, so I had to play them. For those who are also going to earn this achievement, I recommend the method in this video I first watched many years ago - which was so helpful that it has actually reduced my hatred of sliding tile puzzles. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P9Xib-dWlqU Ghost Trick is a masterful game and the highlight of my summer. I know I'll remember it for a very long time.
シナリオ最高!前半は正直そんなにのめり込まなかったけど中盤から終わりまでは手が止まらなかったね!
Very nice game for an Ace Attorney enjoyer like myself. I loved the gameplay mechanic and it somehow did not become too repetitive because the puzzles always felt different enough to make me think about different ways to handle it. Story was really nice and I had an inkling but wow still so fun to experience.
this is one of the most charming puzzle games i've ever played! although there's a bit of hand holding for each puzzle i like that you can choose to ignore it and figure it out on your own.
