I'd say it's good but too short for this money. No 18+ content here. Love yandere vibe so much, so it was fun for me. BUT SHORT!
This was surprisingly amazing! - well written, surprisingly deep story - pretty art, great CG - fitting sounds music (for me important) - starts sweet, ends with *kabummmm* - loved the side chars too, I hope Ain will be a Li too in future and I am usually not a fan of the bebe li - Va was great I played a lot VN (Otome, BL - about 120), still this one suprised me how well it was made. I think its work for its price even it took me 6 h to finish the 3 endings. Get this Otome if you enjoy morally grey stuff as also a good amount of suspense. 8,5/10
This game is amazing, the art is great, the voice acting is magnificent, and the story really keeps me hooked. I'm a bit past halfway through the story, but I definitely recommend this game to otome players who love a devoted male lead. I love Yan, I could not stop fangirling throughout my playthrough. This game deserves more recognition, and I'm glad to have stumbled upon this game. I say that it's definitely worth my money so far! I can't wait to reach the ending(s).
Long story short? Buy it, try it, and you'll probably like it.

This one is for the girlies and guys (do note it follows a female protagonist) who like challenge, banter, romance with a bit of action and mystery.
PS: haven't met the psycho side just yet, but the gentle one is charming. <3 At the time of writing this review, I have only played less than an hour of the game--maybe 50 or so minutes; however, I can confidently say that this is a well made, comedic, and witty visual novel-dating-sim. The story is indeed very rich with lots of lore to take in, but you get time to process it. The voice acting! Phew, the voice acting... impeccable and very pleasing to the ears. I'm not sure whether it's fully voiced, but regardless, as much as I've read, it is! Lee Kyung Tae does an exceptional job at bringing out Yan's character with the tone and slight changes in intonation of his voice. All of the voice acters do great. The story! I can't comment very much on this as I'm not very far into the story, but the reason I am confident in this review is because it's really interesting and gripping so far! Heroes and villains, CEOs and secretaries. You got everything here for a good drama or even a rom-com. The vivid, stunning, immaculate visuals! Need I say any more? Yan's character design brings me inner peace, and the other characters are also gorgeous and fabulous in their own rights. Mew is so pretty with her vibrant character design. I've only seen a few illustrations and can't wait for more! Lastly, I'd like to say that I don't want to set too high expectations for visual novels, but this one already exceeds my expectations and I'll come back to say whether they continued to live up to them. Thank you, Purple Noon and the developers of Gentle Psycho. I hope to enjoy this game even more!
I first I hesitated a bit seeing it had very few reviews, but it was one sale and I wanted a shortish experience, so I ended up getting it. I have to say I don't regret the purchase. I ended up liking the game a lot more than I initially expected, since I got it on a whim and didn't really know what to expect of it. I found myself hooked by the story the more I read and interested by the characters and world they live in. In a way, there's some aspects of the story and characterization that reminded me of lobotomy corporation for some reason. I think it might be the whole corporate aspect and shady feel it has to it. I think you will like this if you enjoy morally dubious characters. It actually surprised me, because they have a lot more dimension to them than I would have thought. Yan had me suspecting all the time but at the same time had me doubting if I was being fair of my assessment of him, never being quite sure about his intentions or what I should think of him. I also liked the MC, it feels like she had a personality of her own despite the choices I made. The only thing I wasn't a fan of is the eyeless MC trope, you often see in these types of VNs. In terms of gameplay, this is mostly a visual novel than a game. The majority of the choices you're going to make don't really matter, they are more to give the MC the flavor that you want. I think only three choices in total decide which ending you get, which I personally prefer anyway. If you want to see any specific ending, you just have to go back to these specific choices instead of having to replay the whole game from the beginning. Talking about the endings, some aspects of them actually took me by surprise and I didn't truly understood them until I played a specific ending that gave me the missing piece and had me seeing the other two a little bit differently. Another thing I should mention is that the game's page shows two characters, but the story currently focuses on only one of them: Yan. I would be really interesting on seeing Jin's side, too Overall, I recommend the game. I don't really leave reviews, but I felt compelled to leave one for this.
Absolutely stunning art and the writing and humor were delightful as well. I definitely enjoyed my time with this game. (My hours weren't tracked properly though so not sure how long the game took. Probably ~10 hours?) Translation is smooth, albeit with a few minor hiccups that did not hinder my overall experience. I have zero regrets about purchasing this full price and will definitely check out more works from this developer.
I do hope there will be an update to include Jin's story and Ain's. I really did enjoy this visual novel and was also a little hesitant before buying it. Fortunately there isn't any ''adult'' xxx content in this. So be at ease! I was able to feel like the MC was actually progressing with the characters and that the relationship was moving at a slower pace than usual, which is a nice change for once. It felt more realistic, funnily enough. (And this is for a 'Yan' side xD) This game handles Yan's character extremely well. He is not the typical sort which is a nice and still carries those certain traits. He is his own person than following the same typing group(You will see what I mean if you play it). You are given choices and these will unlock extra dialogue without making any changes to the story, giving you a little more personality depth to Yan. The major branching points are near the end and are clear. What I loved about this is that the endings were quite different in content and in length. There was no repetition. It was refreshing to see it in a visual novel. I loved the voice acting, the music and the beautiful art. It all fits perfectly together and there were extra twists thrown in at the end in regards to the MC, which makes everything even more heartbreaking! I can't really share my thoughts without spoiling and so, I'd suggest giving it a go! It is one of the better visual novels out there but keep in mind that this is only one character's story for now. The title in the store contains 'Yan side' but it also mentions it without (in the title). So I am curious if this game will be updated or if they will add extra content as DLC. I will look forward to seeing more work from this developer and hope there will be news of this soon! In short, Yan was a lot of fun to get to know and understandable. I liked how we could tease him a bit and he handles it well. I'm not normally for the rich/powerful sort but he was very likable, and its clear that the writer has experience in understanding these sorts of characters. Honestly, I wanted to give Yan and Ain a big hug! They needed it!!! ...Jin might end me if I try so I guess we'll have to wait and see~ I also hope we might get to see alternative outcomes for Mew in the other stories. She's a true friend to have, even though she...--- Good thing Yan is so understanding! ^-^;/) As for the endings I got them in opposite order, which I felt was more fitting. So yes, ending 3, 2 then 1. Oh boy, did I feel bad... Good thing ending 1 was my last!
Well... This has some crazy sheet in it. **First -> This has no Jin route or any other route EXCEPT for Yan's. So if you wanted to date the fluffy one... Keep waiting. Next... If you love psychos/morally gray characters/yanderes... You've come to the right place. I don't. And yet... I really liked the story. I think psychos look really good on paper... No in reality however. Therefore, I enjoyed making random choices (most of them don't matter, except for THREE) and then you can witness the endings in all their glory. Also, I did NOT expect that twist about the MC. That was... That was pretty well hidden. You know what? Despite all this craziness, it was strangely intriguing. I already said that. It bears repeating. Heh heh. **And at first I wanted to strangle Jin for how he was and then... In that one scene? You can release his route now. I gotta see things from the other side!!! ^-^ Anywho, I gotta survive until the update. Yeah......!
