i realy like the board game this is just anoying its not as much fun and is so infuriating that it has made me want to play the board game less, whish i never got the digital verson. 7 weeks later: i have galaxy trucker i think i will give it an other go why did i ever stop, o yer thats right it cheats more than a cheater at a cheater convension
iys good
This is a good digital version of the board game adds a fun campaign to the game.
I have nearly 250 hours played, over 700 games played, and I have never been disconnected, nor has the game crashed unexpectedly...so I'm not sure what issues some of the reviewers are having are all about. I've played the game online with friends, though not a lot of plays, and we've never had any issues either. Because of how much I loved the app, I went out and bought the physical version of the game as well. I think I prefer the digital version, if only because I prefer the assembly-line version to the free-for-all grab bag version (though that is a quicker way to play). The campaign was fun to play through...teaching you as it goes, with lots of interesting challenges to overcome. The multiplayer hot seat is great, online works great IMO with some interesting challenges ONLY found in this mode, and then there's the Alien technologies solo play stuff which is also a great way to enjoy challenges not found in the vanilla game. Can't say enough about the Galaxy Trucker app. I will say, that if you don't like tile placement games, or you can't enjoy watching your precious created designs gets obliterated by random card flips and die rolls...than this isn't for you. If you like the physical version of the game...this is a big upgrade IMO. If you like the game, but maybe don't enjoy certain aspects of it IRL, than give this a try, it might turn your opinion around.
I was very skeptical about this game, but it is well-worth the discount price if you enjoy the board game. I have only tried to play the campaign, but it has been a blast! Ship building is fun and game is smooth to play, although I can see that It might get repetitive and you might not like it, if you want to take games seriously.
Jogo superdivertido e com alta rejogabilidade.
easier to keep track of everything vs the board game. Every game is different.
Another one I got because I was a fan of the board game. A fun game that can be very challenging, but also very rewarding. A great one to play solo or in multiplayer.
This game is addicting as hell. It is a ship/puzzle-building vs. deck awareness strategy game. Basic and solo matches are fast (think Rocket league) but can be expanded and extended with core game session options. I purchased the entire TTBG franchise from CGE because of this digital Steam release. I hope you have as much fun as I'm having. Cheers!
Good port of my favorite goofy board game.
