How do I miss to play this one before... really instant fun... you drive with one hand and use the powerups you grab with the other hand. The tracks are hilarious, same as characters. The kartings doesn´t seem to have specific stats but each character has its own specific weapon that can be used without needing to break a crate in the track as the normal powerups of Karts genre. The driving is 100% arcade do not expect any sim here for sure Really good and challenging, I can fully recommend it. Maybe it is a very basic on its options but this could be good if you want to go straight into action. I tried 1 track and then jumped on the first tournament and loved it. The tracks and powerups are the best, tracks are very very detailed in obstacles, push lines, ramps, traps, surprise shortcuts, and the powerups + weapons are all very funny to use. If you play this with friends is super fun. Will play it moaaaar
Haven't been able to find a great kart racer on Steam. Now we have one in VR

Very fun VR game and better with you're playing with friends!
Only buy on a very steep sale, it could be great but it still needs a lot of polishing and more content, it can be fun for a bit but it has too many bugs currently and it looks like the devs have finished with it unfortunately.
Really Fun Arcade Kart Racer in VR, need more of these. I love the way you hold the wheel with the controllers and turn it, has a great feel to the game. Runs buttery smooth, great tracks and character designs. Need more of these types of games.

Works on Reverb G2, requires custom controller bindings. Disclaimer: I've received this game for free via Curator Connect. It is a decent VR Mario Kart-like game, worth playing even in current stage of early access with only 18 maps in 6 distinct biomes. The gameplay is arcadey fun: karts move pretty fast especially with turbo power-ups, and there is always something interesting happening around you during the race. Levels have a lot of traps and shortcuts, AI uses weapons and does good job keeping up with the player even on easy difficulty. Controlling the kart with virtual steering wheel is responsive and satisfying, much better than in my previous favorite game of this genre - Touring Karts. Cartoony visuals are very colorful and good looking, way above any Quest-focused modern VR racing game. Current stage of EA has 18 maps and lack just a little bit more polish and quality of life features. Most important things that are currently missing: buttons to recenter the view and to manually return to the last safe position on the track. Tournaments need to be more impactful: currently winning then does nothing for unlock new characters and karts. Physics could use some work. On some tracks it is possible to climb walls or get stuck near them, without a way to move back.
It's a good game, lots of fun...But if they don't make more courses it's only playable for about 10 hours.
It's dead project. Even if you will be ablew to launch it without problems it doesb't mean you can play it. Last time I tried I wasn't be able to do anything after race start. I was standing on the start and do nothing. I just couldn't!
Its Mario Kart in VR.
