game is very fun, but PC version is absolutely riddled with bugs first time the game launched, it inexplicably had no audio (steamvr menus had audio) the game also likes to crash when you pause it... overall, i really want to recommend this game but it's just too broken the PS5 version is great though, if you have that option it's a really good time

Got this on sale cuz it looks very fun and promising. Its a unique concept for VR and I love it. But I played one game and had to quit because of the bugs in steering etc. (playing with valve index). I red some reviews about bugs in the PC version. So i tried again today after the minor bugfix patch. On my first attempt I had no sound => restart. Second I tried to start a single player game. The game crashed while starting with UE error. Third attempt the same thing. A pitty but I am going to refund. I´d buy again for full price when bugs are fixed for valve index and the game does not crash anymore on pc.

When Galaxy Kart was first released, it was pretty rough. The performance was bad and there wasn't a lot of content. I forgot about it and quit playing. But, I recently saw the devs had been updating the game with a lot of new content so I gave it another shot. Wow, what a difference. They have really improved the game. It now performs much better, and there are a bunch of new tracks. The game is really fun to play. I would rank it right at the top for kart racers in vr. I hope people give it a try because it's definitely worth it.

Galaxy Kart VR is an Early Access paid VR game that is kart racing. It worked on my Index system, looked ok, played ok, sounded ok. Has 25 steam achievements. Sort of like Mario Kart in VR. Has a free demo to try before you buy. Has multiplayer mode, where you can host a race or join a race. CONS: Did not work with Vive controllers in the kart racing mode. Maybe buy this game, if you like kart racing games. I got a free key for this from the Steam Curator program. I played the Demo with Kids. It was a nice game. I would have recommended it. Now I bought the full version at steam and it crashes always when I press the "Let's go" button. Error: UE 4 Fatal Error I see on Discord and in the discussions it seems to be a common error. Unfortunately, no solution and sometimes even no responds by developer.

Super fun game to play if you have friends with a VR headset. To fix the no audio issue on pc you have to click on the game on your desktop to make it the focused window. The only issue I have with the game is that I found no in game way of turning me around, so I face my lighthouses instead of sitting in a 90 degree angle (fixable by rotating the playaspace with fpsVR, but not by recentring the room with steamVR)

Really fun game! This is like a mario kart but in VR, i usually get sick playing game with a lot of movement, but this one somehow manage to fix this problem. Looking forward for more tracks
