Amazing game, just finished playing through it from the start after a few years again. Nothing extraordinary, but explores the main concept really well and deep in about as many directions as I'd like. Only the high score aspect I wish was a bit more noob friendly, because I'm theoretically interested in it, but don't feel like I have a solid enough foundation to even know where to start with it really.
Possibly the most underrated game in my entire collection. I originally picked it up through an Itch bundle and then decided to buy it on Steam too, because it's just *that* good. It's the definition of easy to pick up but hard to master, and the story - while being a little cheesy - kept me engaged the whole time. It'll take you a few hours to complete (it took me three hours to 100% the story, not including diamond trophies, and that's on my third playthrough), and it's fully worth the price if you plan to replay it. If you're the type to only play games once, maybe wait until it's on sale.
excellent game, very satisfying and a bit addictive

A really nice and addicting arcade game. It seems very simple at the start. You have a bike with two rotatable color coded wheels and you have to grind rails with the wheel of the corresponding color. But, as the game progresses, new hazard are added to tracks to increase the challenge. Also, every few tracks you get new bikes that behave very differently from each other, so you have to adapt to multiple playstyles. The main goal is to reach the end of the track by finding a perfect route. The arcade part comes in the score you get at the end of the track for flips, tricks and combos, and hunting for Diamond trophies can get really addicting. You also unlock 2 bonus missions per track after beating it, giving it some replay value. What I must mention especially is that you can restart the track at any time with a simple press of a button and it is instantaneous, making it so you never get frustrated. There is also a throwaway story about you doing this futuristic sport to get sponsors and progress your career, but I don't consider that a negative for this type of game. I've managed to beat everything in around 9 hours of gameplay, but I will return to the game here and there to try beating some of my scores. If you like score hunting like that, I recommend you give this game a try.
FutureGrind is easy on the eyes AND ears! The gameplay is fun and overall the game is very pleasant and relaxing.
