Furnish Master

Awesome little game that lets you more or less recreate your own room and modify how things will be without throwing out your back. I will admit that the screen from game to main menu could and should be an option to be black instead of white, so be ready for a flashbang every time.

needs a massive ease of use update as its way too finnicky. no more goofy crap trying to drag a door. coders need to grab the concept sometime this year to keep things simple and stick to it, this feels like another one of those apps like every other creation app that requires a months worth of time to get it to work right.

TLDR: Works VERY well, esp for EA. Go-to program for interior designing; either IRL or for fun. - I've been looking for a program to attempt to recreate my IRL home, so I can play around with interior designing before moving all my furniture around, but I've mostly met dead, restrictive and dissappointning ends. This game made my dream possible. Arguably, it crashed a couple of times (but somehow still saved everything every time?? I was also having some trouble getting correct measurements - could rescale the items, but not really see their distance to the nearest wall.. So had to resort to e.g laying a tablet on the groud, scaling it to the needed size from the wall, and place the original item from that approximation. Regardless, I ended up creating and designing for 12 hours. IN A ROW. NO BREAK, OTHER THAN OCCATIONALLY TAKING MEASUREMENTS AND STRAIGHT BACK. I got to design my whole house. Duplicate the file, then in that place all my furniture, custom-sized. Duplicate that and move it all around in many different ways + make a template for next time I wanna play around ... and a lil' extra version because a girl can dream. So... the game works. and it works VERY well for a game in Early Access. I am very satisfied. This will for now on, very happily so, be my go-to program whenever I wish to do interior designing.

Best furnishing game I personally found, using it to make a accurate design idea for my bedroom rn

I've never actually played the game mode, but using the sandbox I've been able to design every apartment I've moved to (been having to move annually for the past 3 yrs) and it's been a life saver. So many options for furniture and rooms, you can change the lighting, colors, sizes TO SCALE... I recommend :)

I played a little bit of this game's story mode, and only a little bit since that's not why I downloaded this game. Seems fine to me, but I won't speak on it bc I'm not here to design for others. This game is great~ I am glad you can switch from imperial to metric for more precise measurements. I'm currently using this game to redesign some rooms around my house. I really like that it gives me the ability to place shapes so I can make my own furniture on the fly. I really like it's style and the camera feature is also really nice. You can change the colours and sizes of things and paint everything. I haven't interacted with it's mods yet, but the fact that it has a mods section is really promising for that. I haven't really played too much of it's base game, but it seems a bit like house flippers, so I'm sure that's fine. I just like designing rooms for fun and you can do a whole lotta that here. This is probably my favorite interior design sim so far as it has virtually no restrictions. I learned about it from watching people use it as mock ups for their redesigned space and it's SSSOOOOOOOOOOOooooooo worth it for that element alone. Edit: My one complaint is that Grouping doesn't work very well. Often I ignore it and have to move pieces separately, provided they're not resting on top. This is only annoying if you're using shapes to make your own custom looking furniture/pieces. It works some of the time, but crashes the game when I try to ungroup things OFTEN. Doesn't affect the score at all bc I'm a crazy person.

An excellent game. Probably the best take on interior design among other games. Lots of furniture and items, with the ability to scale them and arrange them however you like. A great choice when you want to relax and unwind after a hard day. With a little effort, you can even design your own home. I recommend it to everyone.
