The environment, the noises, the atmosphere.. all that the heart of this game. And that heart is beating fast! If you want a good coop game without horror elements but still want to feel adrenalin than this is it. Basically this game is something else and you will only know that if you play with it. Also suggest to have some friends with you as this is much much better with more people. The downside is right now it's only have 1 map. But hey, this is still in Early Access! So if they will really care about this project, soon we will get more maps!

As a fan of tornadoes, I was really looking forward to this game. Finally, a tornado game that's actually fun to play. It also works surprisingly well as a solo experience, so you don't have to rely on co-op to enjoy it. That said, it's not the kind of game you'll spend hours playing in one sitting. Instead, it's perfect for jumping in every now and then for a few quick rounds. My biggest complaint so far is the acid rain. It happens way too often and lasts way too long. And the umbrella you need to protect yourself from it takes up too much space in your inventory, so you can't carry the larger tools you actually need for repairs.

First off, I hardly buy games these days. My priorities have changed a lot, and how I choose to spend my free time is very different now. That's not to say I don't enjoy gaming anymore—I absolutely do—but I'm far more selective about what earns my time. I'd been following Funnel Runners for a while and had a feeling it was going to be a gem. Even though it currently has just a single map, there's more than enough here to keep you coming back for "just one more run." The graphics are excellent, but what immediately came to mind while playing was the 1996 film Twister. The developers have absolutely nailed the atmosphere. They capture the chaos, the panic, and those constant "Oh crap... this really isn't the best place to be!" moments perfectly. I honestly can't remember the last time I had this much fun from a single map. There's obviously more to come, with additional maps and content planned for the future, but even in its current state it's incredibly polished. During my time playing I didn't encounter a single bug, the gameplay was buttery smooth, and considering the price, it's exceptional value. If you've been thinking about picking up Funnel Runners, I'd say it's absolutely worth it.
