I have reached the credits and I highly recommend this if you like games that don't treat you like you're stupid and let you explore around at your own pace. The vibes are great.
I really liked this game! Usually I make fun of Steam for recommending everything under the sun as 'similar to Outer Wilds,' but I actually saw the similarities this time. Great little puzzle game that struck a fantastic balance on thinky puzzles without frustrating the player. Happily 100%ed.
Pretty short, quite sweet. Doesn't have the depth of some longer paced puzzle games, at least as far as I could tell - there's possibly some post game that I don't have any leads on at the moment that I may come back to later. As a spoiler-free summary, it's kind of knowledge-checkpoint the game. It's fun to stumble across abilities you get hints about early, and it's generally a fun mechanic. A few hints and mechanics were a little obtuse, but, I figured them out anyways without any outside help and still finished rather quickly. Most did feel pretty intuitive, thankfully. Music was also pleasant, not much else to add there. I enjoyed my time with this game.
Good riddle/puzzle game that reminds me a little bit of Animal well in the way it progresses. Each puzzle can be solved with knowledge that you can find somewhere else on the map. I’m glad I found this little gem ! I love the vibe and Aria of truth is my favorite to play.
This was fun little experience. Played it all in one sitting and felt very satisfied by the end. Not the most complex game in its genre, but had multiple satisfying puzzles. I even had to take some notes on pen and paper a couple times, which I always love in a puzzle game. It also had a nice (albeit tragic) story to piece together. I think its very worth the asking price! DONT FORGET TO PLAY THE DEMO! It isn't necessary to complete the full game, but it is actually a completely different set of puzzles. I believe this was done so it wouldn't spoil anything in the main game. Its literally just more of the game for free, so don't pass it up!
if you have a couple of hours of time, liked oneshot and enjoyed the music puzzles in zelda games play this
Fun structure and loop. Good puzzle design. Slight creepy vibe and dialogue. Absolute blast and absolutely addictive until I was done. Hard to believe it was /only/ 6 hours. Somehow the pretty-much-2-bit graphics work really well. Sprites are mostly completely easily. readable, and the exceptions are given enough description to make sense. The background music totally grew on me. It's not just creepy and brooding or cerebral and puzzle-y. Somewhere between those feelings and groovy. I can't as easily explain why the gameplay was fun (especially avoiding spoilers), but I guess the multiple forms of progression were all satisfying to work with, for the most part. Nitpicks: Had to brute-force the flower puzzle blocking the dawn of awakening, though it was natural in hindsight. A little more visual consistency with the rest of the game might be nice. Visual consistency for the note arrows would also help for the puzzle in the red world with the symbols that change when you touch them. Also, if you go back and forth left-to-right in the dark room section's fourth/fifth (or 3rd/fourth?) rooms, you can get to a secret, probably unintentional room. Despite being in the negatives section and being unintentional, I love it. Leave it in; just put something there to acknowledge it. I wish the chronological order of the conversations in the air was spelled out at the end of the game more clearly, but I guess making the player put the pieces together fits a metroidbrainia puzzle game's conclusion.
