Decisamente valido il livello di dettaglio delle unità: la sensazione è di avere i modelli su un tavolo da 3D. Il sistema di gioco è carino, a turni. Divertente la campagna. Cose negative: l'attacco al suolo degli Stuka, devastate per il costo in punti (troppo basso) e illimitato come numero di missioni a scenario, volendo puoi completamente distruggere l'Armata Rossa con attacchi aerei usando pochissimo le unità di terra (noiosissimo). Però usandoli troppo poco, soprattutto fino al 1942-43 (quando arrivano i nuovi panzer), è improponibile. A parte in 1 scenario puoi usare gli aerei anche con la neve... SICK!! Si prendono troppi punti prestigio per la conquista di città e obiettivi secondari.

Frontline is a game that may appeal to fans of beer and pretzel-style games. With its well-designed gameplay, I have found myself playing it multiple times and thoroughly enjoying the experience. Although it may appear cartoony at first, the game offers a depth of strategy that fans of Panzer Corps 2 or World War II games may appreciate. The game features unit carryover between scenarios, covering every major battle in World War II. I recommend purchasing the Frontline Complete edition, which includes all scenarios and campaigns, and is currently available at a discounted price. While it may not appeal to everyone, I have found it to be an engaging and enjoyable game. 7/10

Das Spiel als solches macht Laune, wenngleich die Umsetzung teil noch etwas hemdsärmelig wirkt. Der große Minuspunkt sind häufige Komplettabstürze innerhalb des Spiels (insbesondere wenn gerade ein Zug beendet wird). Dadurch musste ich bereits mehrfach quasi wieder bei 0 beginnen. Leider somit ein Fehlkauf bzw. scheint irgendetwas noch nicht ausgereift zu sein.

Juego de estrategia excesivamente sencillo. La interfaz es muy primitiva. El mapa de batalla es simple, aunque las unidades están bien respresentadas. Falta información sobre las unidades cuando vas a comprarlas, hay pocas diferencias entre ellas. Cada batalla de la campaña es independiente de la anterior ya que tus unidades , aunque pueden ganar habilidades especiales, no continúan en la batalla siguiente. Esto hace que la campaña sea solo una serie de batallas sueltas donde solo importa el prestigio ganado, que será mayor cuantos menos recuresos gastes. Pero el principal problema es que la IA es muy torpe, el enemigo apenas contrataca y la campaña me ha resultado facilísima. Puedes ganar a golpe de bombardeos de la aviación ya que dispones de muchísimos recursos. Tampoco hay un límite de tiempo , en otros juegos el tener un máximo de turnos para finalizar conseguir los objetivos es un agobio pero en este es que puedes estar campeando tranquilamente y esperar en posiciones defensivas lo cual no me parece realista.
