FTD is extremely fun, but extremely time intensive and has one of the steepest learning curves I've seen in a game thus far. It has many systems and many things to keep track of. If you have the time to learn it's systems, you'll be able to have a lot of fun for a long time.
its pretty fun when you find out how to build

KABOOM GOES MY SHIP had a hard time starting myself but had a good time teaching my friends
after playing this game for 400hrs and have not left the designer I can say it is 110% worth the price Its like having a second job if jobs were fun and didn't pay you
this game looked fun from the weird green frog videos so i purchased it...then i spent 25minutes trying to figure out how to build something i couldnt even figure out how to open a GUI after having pressed each keys of my keyboard it is very disapointing and frustrating so if you have something like autism or you will autistically love the game or autistically despise it with all your being at how unintuitive frustrating and chaotic it is the tutorials dont help much i wanted a space engineer like game but that doesnt require a quantum computer to run at 60fps and have water
I LOVE IT, I SIMPLY JUST LOVE IT.
Love this game I really do, super unique and very detailed and the iceberg of knowledge is immense. The devs clearly care a lot about it However I do have two critiques, one minor the other a big deal: Minor: lots of vestigial systems, you can clearly see what has been left to rot from prior updates. Granted I know this is to keep older builds functional, but it adds a lot of clutter to the build menu that can be confusing. Major: in the year ive played this game, my profile has been completely wiped twice. Builds, progress, everything. This has been extremely disheartening especially given that every solution i was able to look up did not work for me. One drive didnt do it, steam sync didnt do it, it happened after major updates, and all the folders i was told to hunt my old profile folder down in either didnt exist or were empty. I dont know what caused that. but it was a very big factor in me putting this game down after a year. I probably wont be coming back. However overall before that happened the second time I loved almost every second i played this game. So i will still recommend it.
Gas, but brain required
a bit pricey, but it's completely worth it. i love this game, and everything in it.
Fun boat making game, tho slightly hard and weird in the way some of the things are made, making it a bit wanky to learn to play.
