Froggerty Arcade 2 is an asset flipped ripoff of Frogger (copyright Konami, 1981) rendered with a bunch of cheap low poly Unity Asset Store assets. Gameplay is just Frogger, hop the frog across the street then the swamp to reach the goal, that's it. So, just like the developer took someone else's game idea, they took someone else's game assets... this is the absolute state of "amateur" game development. It's just a shovelware cash grab. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. There's no way for gamers to try improve the low quality graphics. The game features lazy low-polygon "retro" assets, making this look like a barely functional 3D game from the 1990s. It's unclear why the developers weren't able to arrange high quality, high polygon count contemporary assets for the game, and also irrelevant... what matters is that this looks bad as a result of their decisions, a compromise PC gamers shouldn't have to put up with. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. The poor quality of this game is reflected in the general public reception. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 3 players. That's right, only 3. This is a pitiful enough number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam, the overwhelming lack of interest in the game is remarkable, but also to be expected. This complete and utter rejection of the game from gamers should be a keen information point for anyone considering buying shovelware like this. Gamers just didn't take this seriously, and for good reason. Gamers can smell asset flips and cash grabs a mile away. The game contains stock/store assets and other packages, (such as the Tiny Low Poly Cars Pack developed by David Jalbert), but the "developer" here hasn't credited the people who actually did the work for the game. While this isn't necessarily against the license for the use of those assets, claiming the work of others as your own is highly unethical. Gamers should be made aware when a developer behaves unethically, as buying games from unethical developers puts the gamers money at risk. Froggerty Arcade 2 is relatively cheap at $2 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend.

This game RUINS Frogger's reputation!!! I HATE THE ENTIRE GAME!!! I WOULD RATHER PLAY E.T. ATARI THAN PLAY FROGGERTY ARCADE 2!!!
I really enjoyed the first Froggerty Arcade and after 100% it I hopped (heh) onto Froggerty Arcade 2. I was kinda disappointed. I didn't particularly enjoy the art style change in this one but that's just personal preference ig. The main issue is that the controls feel very clunky and slow to me :(
