Land on a planet, pick up some rocks, leave before the solar system explodes. Oh, and don't die in the nightly robot attacks! Freaking Meatbags is a humorous real-time strategy game that's all about building a base, mixing meatbag DNA, then convincing those dolts to help you gather resources.

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 27 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Freaking Meatbags is a charming and original game. It isn't trying to be some other game that was very popular. It isn't trying to be an open world-survival-rpg-colony sim-city builder blah blah blah a little bit of everything and nothing at the same time. It sticks to its lane, which is a rather silly, chaotic lane. It's fun and easy to learn, and doesn't take itself too seriously. Honestly $10 is worth the price, but getting it on sale is a no brainer. Do yourself a favor and pick this one up. 7/10.
I've had the game for a long time. It's a good one for a once or twice play-through. It's repetitive, yes. But very entertaining - I mean just look at the name of the game. Only buy it if on special. I don't think that it has changed since it has been released(if it has, I'm sorry - patches happen).

Can't do that: Not a Miner!
pretty fun tower defense game. wish it was longer and had more than 15 stages. I just wish there was more but got it on sale so it was way worth it
It gets you... Too bad it is kind of short.
cool little game
A combination RTS and tower defense where the majority of the challenge seems to be an extremely limited interface, clumsy feeling controls, and having to fiddle constantly by making sure your human workers are actually working and toggling limited power to keep your defenses up. Not that fun.
The tutorial is horrible it seems to break half the time and refuse to move forward. i had to keep restarting and try again to see if it would advance the next time around. first it would not let me click to get people mining then it would not register that i had mixed dna so on and so forth.
I was expecting a very mediocre and boring game when i started this but was positively surprised by how unique it is! This is not only a tower defense game, it also has mining and gathering mechanics from mindustry and the addition of different races with their own bonusses and a "bredding" mechanic with which you can get new workers with combined characteristics. Especially this last mechanic is really cool and an interesting addition to a towerdefense game. It does take some time getting used to and working out a strategy but it's definitely a lot of fun!
Fun little RTS for cheap
