You can have better game for 70€
jugar esta p0rqu3ria me hace extrañar cada vez mas a motorsport 6 😔
It runs ok but looks like a PS2 game on my machine. My main issue is in 95 minutes of game play I've managed 1 race. Ain't nobody got time for that! My machine is obviously part of the problem but it does feel like a bit of a bloater and by the time i'm in the car I'm kind of over the idea of playing. With the price of RAM I may just grab a PS5 and gran turismo. Racing was good, not too simmy, not to OTT arcadey. I imagine if i had a machine capable of better visuals and quicker load times I would have settled on it.
This is probably the most fun multiplayer racing experience I've ever had. I'm kind of surprised how much people seem to hate this game even now. I understand it had a bad start, but now it's definitely a better racing experience than the Horizon games. What the game does exceptionally well is the multiplayer: each lobby has allocated time for players to join, practice, and qualify before a race. After a race you get migrated to another lobby, but you no longer have to sit through a full practice session, because lobbies are created in a staggered manner. This really maximizes the time you actually spend racing, which was my pet peeve with Assetto Corsa Competizione. Most of the game's depth comes from the tuning system, and most if not all of the cars will require some tuning if you want to win any races at all. There is a tune-sharing system; unfortunately, it was implemented in the most boneheaded way possible: all shared tunes have obfuscated parameters and you can't modify them in any way. At the same time, the game tries to incentivize tune sharing with achievements and in-game money, so the database of tunes is infested with useless garbage. So even when you find a good tune after sifting through all the garbage, you'll quickly realize it isn't all that useful, because tunes need adjustments based on track, personal preference, and the controller you're using. Speaking of flaws, the game also has something weird going on with its visuals. In full HD, the whole game appears blurry regardless of settings, even when using DLAA instead of TAA. Overriding to DLAA preset K helps a lot, but you'll still see some ghosting artifacts. It's also worth mentioning that the game is basically on life support at this point. Microsoft maintains the servers but has halted all development on the game. Most multiplayer lobbies are pretty deserted in the EST time zone--you can still find plenty of players in the featured closed spec lobbies, but open spec below S class is a challenge.
Jogo é excelente!
