Forza Horizon 5

One of the best open-world racing games ever made. Stunning graphics, huge car collection, and endless fun. Highly recommended.

Forza Horizon 5 is an awesome game to play and really realistic graphics although 6 is out now im still happy sticking with 5

Ai drivers makes it not fun as they use different physics along with the tracks which are all filled with 90 degree turns.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Forza Horizon 5 is one of the best open-world racing games I've played. The graphics are stunning, the driving feels smooth highly responsive and a huge variety of cars. Highly recommended for both casual and hardcore racing fans.

Still vastly superior to Forza Horizon 6. While some say the map in Forza Horizon 5 feels bland, it still offers something the latest installment does not: lots of fun in free roam mode. Whether you're just looking to cruise, or cause some mayhem, there is always some place to go. The map itself offers some unique scenery too, from azure beaches to a jungle airstrip amidst old Mayan ruins, to a volcano and a long meandering canyon. The variety in Horizon 5 is still vast if you're actually willing to explore the map past the Dunas Blancas. Sure, it might not be its British predecessor, which features an astonishing map with great use of the seasons (Horizon 5 not so much). But the road network is incredibly well thought out, and if that's your thing, you can reach a high-speed flow almost anywhere on the map; unlike that newest installment which seems to be littered with trees, ditches, and hills that hamper any fun. That coupled with a central highway that you will actually use, makes it a lot of fun to try out your latest hypercar. The best part about Horizon 5, though, is the racing. Horizon 5 features lots of memorable tracks. Returning to this installment from Horizon 6 made me realize how much I missed the intelligent race track design in this installment. Whether it is the Bola Ocho Circuit, the Mulegé Town Scramble, or the Panorámica Sprint, almost all race tracks feature intelligent race design, tight corners, and thrilling action, whether it's solo or co-op. The Horizon Festival and the Horizon Adventure, with its many Horizon Outposts, also make the map feel alive and give you a great place to stop and tinker with your car. All in all, it's a shame this game will get retired. Forza Horizon 5 gave and still gives me a lot of fun, whereas I'm already tired of the bland, vast emptiness of Japan. Sure, there is a lot of detail in the Forza Horizon 6 map, but it is detail you never see because you will never be cruising around the map just for fun. Forza Horizon 5, however, invites you to go pedal to the metal and have some fun all the time.
