jeu incroyable, les DLC sont géniaux et le jeu demande pas de pc très performant.
Leaving this review to counteract the recent review bombing. So, a player and outube named Cloud_was recently banned for a little while because he was given access to a private beta of the Firebird DLC to play around wit. He was told not to share it publicly, and he took it as him being able to share it with his friends. TLDR; he broke a legal contract, and so Earthwork (the devs of the game) issued a temporary ban for 60 days aswell as removing some of his virtual bling. Anyways, long story short, people in the Discord and Steam gotty hissy and complained to the devs, leading them to reduce his ban to the day of the Firebird release and restore his, like, in-game content creator badge and stuff. Okay, the reason I'm writing this review is because the recent negative reviews that came as a result of this are, let's face it, a little silly. Earthwork could've SUED the guy and won, seeing as it was a breach of contract, but they didn't. Additionally, the devs did infact listen to outrage amongst the community. To all the people who think the game isn't in good hands are failing to consider that they made amends with Cloud in the first place. The game gets frequent enough updates for a game of this size, and, well, y'know? It's a damn good game! The community's great, the devs listen to us, there's built-in mod support, and the physics-based strategizing is brillant. All the DLCs thus far (Moonshot, Hgh Seas) add new weapons that are astoundingly fun to play with, and add so, SO much more variety! It's great. Additionally, if you're in a multiplayer game, only the host of the server needs to own the mods in order for everyone in the game to use it. Point is, I love Forts. It's a wonderfully crafted game and it's always nice to see a game with devs that listen to the community. Also, one of the moderators is a Hichhiker's fan, so that's pretty schweet too.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Game has a lot of content (mods) but has small issue, if youre slow at clicking. :^) I am so sorry but you are not winning. -Quite a lot of freedom how you build untill you learn meta. -Games are decently fast (30min max) -Campaings were fun. Certainly not bad concept for game, but its way too fast for casual players and you better be prepared to die hard in PvP.
good game
Great Game, Great Mechanics. I used to watch people play this game as a kid and after playing it i can say that its as fun as it looks. If your looking for a good RTS this game is for you
I've put a lot of time into Forts, and it's honestly one of those games that's easy to keep coming back to. On the surface it looks like a simple base-building strategy game, but once you get into it, there's a surprising amount of depth. Every match feels different because you're constantly adapting your build, managing resources, and trying to outsmart your opponent. One thing I really appreciate is how active the developers are. They don't just push out DLC and disappear—they regularly release updates, hotfixes, balance changes, and bug fixes based on player feedback. Seeing issues get addressed so quickly makes it feel like they genuinely care about the game and the community. The new Firebird DLC is a great example of that. It adds a full story campaign, new weapons, a commander with unique abilities, multiplayer maps, and a fresh soundtrack. The missions do a good job introducing the new mechanics without feeling overwhelming, and the new weapons bring some fun strategies into both campaign and multiplayer. Another thing that keeps Forts alive is the community. There are official tournaments, ranked seasons, mod showcases, and countless Workshop creations. If you're into modding, there's an incredible amount of content that can completely change how the game plays, from new weapons to entirely new game modes. The physics are still one of the biggest highlights. Watching your opponent's base collapse after landing the perfect shot never gets old. It's satisfying, chaotic, and sometimes downright hilarious when everything goes wrong. That said, the game does have a learning curve. New players might find multiplayer difficult at first since experienced players can build and react incredibly fast. Some balance updates also change the meta pretty often, so competitive players need to stay up to date. Overall, Forts is one of the best physics-based RTS games available. Whether you enjoy competitive multiplayer, creative base designs, or just blowing things up in spectacular fashion, there's something here to enjoy. The steady stream of updates over the years shows that the developers are committed to improving the game, and that's a big reason why the community is still going strong nearly a decade after release. Rating: 9.5/10 Pros: Addictive physics-based gameplay Regular updates and bug fixes Excellent DLC content Active community and tournaments Huge Workshop and modding support Cons: Steep learning curve for beginners Competitive multiplayer can be intimidating Some balance changes can take time to settle If you're a fan of strategy games with satisfying destruction and endless replayability, Forts is absolutely worth playing.
