Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Reviews
Sehr gut und wirklich groß. Nur zu empfehlen
其实做得还可以,战斗和特效挺爽的,就是剧情和游戏性上像半成品
Sni, molto scenico, ma troppo ripetitivo e crasha continuamente. 6/10

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 28: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.89/day in the week to Aug 4 → 1.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Forspoken, A Masterpiece Under The Radar Forspoken is an Open-World RPG Parkour Magic Combat Game made by the same team behind Final Fantasy XV/XIII Versus (the changed one). The engine itself was considered a flop, and terrible in terms of quality due to how poorly it ran for users with Final Fantasy 15, however, it is more polished than before. A tidbit, Final Fantasy 15 ran 30 FPS locked with a 2700X AMD, and 2070 SUPER. While now, sporting a AMD 5800X3D and 4070 runs fine. Contrary, Forspoken ran 60 FPS at Medium/High settings on the old machine that couldn't run Final Fantasy 15 perfectly fine. Now runs butter smooth with current setup. Optimization was not part of the collective for Luminous Engine. It pushed and utilized PlayStation 5's Particle system to the brink, which made this a gem for its effects and art. The game itself has basic but interesting gameplay mechanics, many game use basic systems to give the player the feeling of empowerment, but the difficulty is what compares it to how hard it actually is. Mastering the combat system in this game is not simple and will deter people because you can't one-shot anything. I praise this, at higher difficulties, this game plays like elden ring. One wrong move and you start over. Forspoken does play Slow at the beginning, like most Final Fantasy games, its tediously annoying and extremely deterring that the game starts slow and painful to get into the open world and action. However, the first 2 hours (including cut scenes) can be enjoyable if you just roll with it. It is worth the wait. After this, you can enjoy the parkour system and combat, learning the ropes on how to fight each enemy. Most importantly, learn to run away from a fight you can't handle yet. This is like elden ring, you can't go linear. Enemies are scattered and each are different with certain approaches to beating them safely. The acting, score, and design of the game isn't bad, reputation for this game has been tainted by "woke"generations, claiming the female protagonist, appearing black, is one of those (she is not black, use Wikipedia to learn her ethnicity). Elements from New York lifestyle, vulgar nature, and others have been of strong criticism. Of which I find, hilarious how she curses like a modern sailor. Story is a bit short, detours (side quests) feel a bit elongated and unnecessary. The design of these quests are poorly executed, they could have been done faster and smoother. To explain, they load like Fallout quests, with a stationary dialogue, lesser animations to foretell a story. Very similar to Final Fantasy 15 and other games. Only main quests have quality motion capture animation. Replay value and repetition. I have played this game 4-5 times by now, using skip for the most part, the leveling and combat keeps bringing me back. Its worth the time. This game may not be worth the price tag of more than $35.00, anything over that is too much. Considering lack of sequel that it very much deserves. DLC / Sequel Baiting. Spoiler Alert, the sequel focuses on the somewhat origin story of the main villain as well as the origin of all the destruction. It is a short aspect though, it also includes of supposedly a 5th Tanta existing outside the continent of Athia. Potentially sequel cliffhanger baiting that there is more to the issues of Athia and the Break. This also indicates the origin of the Rheddig, where the sequel may have ended up taking place. The game could potentially dive into more elemental powers of Ice, Wind, and Dark abilities from the main ones (Earth, Fire, Water, and Lightning), allowing for swap of magic for the right situations. However, having access to four elements in one play, is enough. Overall the game is a 7/10, way worth the purchase under $30.00 for all content. Mods are not very intensive in changing gameplay, but visuals and models are available. This game will be a Gem or Cult Classic down the road, given that it was released only in 2023, so not old, and still could have potential for a sequel if done right.
Пойдет. Но вторую часть наверное в этот раз не надо. Без обид.
I liked this game quite a bit. In my opinion the biggest weakness of this game is the soundtrack. Typically Square Enix RPGs have a great OST with memorable tunes that stick with you for a while. I just finished the main story today and I could not tell you if the different regions in the game world have different background music. They probably do, I just can't remember a single one. The game loop itself is fun. You are thrown into a huge world with a lot of markers on the map. Go there and beat the enemies, collect loot, use loot for upgrades. Main Quests are pretty much the same, Go there, watch cutscene, beat the enemies, collect loot. Simple, but kinda addictive. Turn the brain off and just parkour through the world, enjoy the view and encounters. As you progress, you unlock more abilities to traverse the world faster and farther.
EDIT 2025-03-15: It seems I might be an outlier with the crashes in Cipal. Other than that I really enjoyed the game and the story so am changing my review to Recommended. EDIT 2025-03-08: i'm now over 100 hours in. My position still hasn't changed. Game crashes ALL THE TIME in Cipal, killing progress. i'm playing late game (i think) which is taking place in Cipal and guess what? Constant, random crashes. i've tried setting graphics to lowest possible. Crash. I've tried setting graphics to highest possible. Crash. This is terrible. Ridiculous. ORIGINAL POST: I love this game but i do not recommend buying it. At least for now. The game crashes repeatedly and not only does it break any Immersion it also ensures you lose progress. When the devs fix the constant crashing i will revise my review. In the meantime, DO NOT BUY.
The story isn't even that bad. Sure, the MC is unlikable but honestly who cares? The gameplay is good, just download mods to skip cutscene if you hate her that much. (50 hours in, and I still feel the same). Story/writing is... meh, voice acting is ok, animations of the npcs are... ok. But hell am I having fun in the open world doing magic parkour and all sorts of spells.
