YES,this game is spiritual succesor to 那美克星人 and Skeleton Warrior in fact it was released just a week after Skeleton Warrior.if u are a fan of those games then this is a MUST PLAY. And just in general if you like Indie or chinese games you cannot miss out on buying it.Its underrated cheap.
GAMEPLAY: Its very simple,brutal n striaight to the point.You are a forest monster,you are surrounded by enemys in the forest. Kill or be killed.
The game is extremely immersive,because if you ever be in a forest in real life and when you launch the game, you will instantly recognize this enviroment and feel at home.There is no music wihitch adds to the atmosphere and you can always play your own music over the game.Also as you play the game the character you control( I am guessing He is a werewolf) he slowly disappears from the camera view<essentialy turnig the game into first person.This is a very undderrated move & game mechanci the author use to make it more feel like you are becoming the monster in the game..Its so immersive and powerful technique.i want to see more game developers to adopt.
My only dislike about the game(same like in skeleton warrior) is that you cannot turn around your character and see him front.
P..s. there are really some sad indiviiduals who are spreading hatred about this and other similar games,saying its copy paste that plays the same..well i can name a lot of modern,mainstream games that i feel the same about..I just dont play them and on focus doing what i love,So this is a message to those people Just find yourself something to do Be good& Positive.
