A perfectly serviceable and pleasant gaming experience. Don't know if this is a first attempt, since I don't usually dig that deep, but if it is, I look forward to the developers future projects. That being said, when it comes to the lewd aspects of the game, and if that's what you're really looking for, you might be disappointed. Let's get into it. Character Models. Stylized would probably be the most appropriate term. Do not expect photo realistic looking character models and renders. Aside from your faceless avatar, there are only 3 other characters in the story. All the girls are distinguishable with nice looking attire. When without clothing we are back to essentially doll or mannequin type bodies. Very smooth looking and soft plastic-like texture. The renders on the faces are attractive, no one ever looks warped or missing details. As usual, hair is a weak point. It's the usual stagnant, un-moving type, even in animations. I also occasionally saw some moments when it was transparent and you could see the background through the top of a character's head. Love Scenes. Complete honesty, didn't do much for me. The animations are fairly simple, falling into gif territory. One movement at one speed. Character faces stay stagnant and occasionally lifeless. Not much in the way of 'jiggle physics' as well. There are no multiple angles and all in all, the lewd scenes are pretty tame when all is said and done. There's oral, outercourse, standard missionary, cowgirl and doggy positions, 3-ways and (to my count) one instance of anal Plenty of foot job focus too, if that's your thing. There are different locals for these scenes, but they are pretty basic and the camera tends to zoom in pretty close on the models doing their thing, so the environment really doesn't add much to any particular lewd scene. The only major graphical flaw I found was in the 'Harmony Ending' love scene where the models suddenly get cut off from what looks like an outer environment shot folding into the inner shot. It goes back to normal on the next frame, but yeah, weird. Also, have to mention, this is probably one of the most conservative, i.e. realistic, MC's I've ever personally witnessed in the package dept. Considering, the usual "how do these guys put their pants on in the morning?" type of equipment you usually see from male protagonists in these stories, this was actually kind a of a welcomed and pleasant surprise. Story. This is where I think this AVN shines. Again, it's a basic hero's journey with an erotic twist, but it works. As always, I appreciate when we can get away from the usual college, small town setting. There's an isekai (alternate world) spin on things, the characters dialogue I never personally felt got cringy. All the characters got decent development in their personal growth. With so few characters there is lots of room to focus and really get into their heads. On the other hand, because their are so few characters the world also feels very empty. To be fair, that's actually part of the plot, and does add to the atmosphere, buy if you;re like me and like looking at the details, you might start scratching your head. Where do supplies come from? Are there no animals? We visit 2 other town locations, but are there others? Things like that. Gameplay. Fairly limited. For the most part the game is a linear story. There are choices, though the ones that actually effect the narrative are mostly in the 2nd half. Before that, they seem to be about establishing your characters personality more than anything. There are multiple endings to explore so that's a plus. As usual, unless your following a guide, save frequently. At the very least at any choice based decision. There's no interaction in the lewd scenes aside from initiating and moving them along. No multiple angles. No rhythm changing or position changing buttons The usual gallery and preferences are available. Final thoughts. Again, had a nice time with this one. You could probably kill it in an afternoon if you played straight through, though unlocking the different endings might add some replay. it's very simple but I enjoyed the story and the characters. While the lewd scenes are nothing special, I almost feel like this could work as a beginners or entry point to AVN before someone dives deep into heavy game play types like 'Come Home' or graphical powerhouses like '7 Realms.' For the price it's at least worth a play through and definite recommendation if it ever goes free to play. 6* out of 10*
Graphics are old. Game isn't fun. Too expensive. Why buy this when you can buy Desert Stalker or Being a ♥♥♥. It's a rip off. Only a few GB of content, Finish in 30 minutes or less.

I enjoyed Forbidden Dojo! I've got 50 hours in game. As the story opens, you are contemplating your painfully boring life when a knock at the door disturbs your depressing thoughts. You answer the door to find...a crone?! In fairly short order you are awakening on the grounds of the Dragon Mist Fighting Dojo. Here you meet Akiko, the mistress of the Dragon Mist. You'll also meet her nemisis, Sayuri, mistress of the Silver Serpent Dojo. Not everything is as it seems, and all is not well in the world. The story, while not as strong as it could be, sets a completely acceptable stage for classic good vs evil tale. I think Jelly Fluff Games is onto something here.
"Forbidden Dojo" is perfectly mediocre. A nice bit of escapism, but nothing of real substance. A solid 5/10. A 100% achievement playthrough took me less than 7 hours. For its quality, I think the game's price is a bit much, but depending on what you're looking for in an AVN, it might be worth it on discount. Adult: There's little build-up to the erotic scenes, but they're not too sudden either. The way these scenes are structured within the story make them seem less gratuitous, which I like. There's a build-up of intimacy, starting with hand-, foot- and blowjobs, eventually progressing further. That is, if you never decline intimacy. Otherwise, you'll skip the foreplay actions and go straight to sex as the story progresses. The scenes themselves aren't great, but I've seen worse. Still, they mostly consist of a single (short) animation with simple movements. One hand will be doing something, while other body parts are motionless. Some animations are fluid, others look very robotic. I'm not sure if the dev just needed to put in a bit more time, or if they need more experience. There's also some clipping, like Akiko's legs being inside the MC's while giving him a BJ. Akiko's deflowering might be the most unsexy deflowering I've ever seen in this genre. And, if we're at all concerned with reality, it's very unlikely that Akiko still has a hymen, due to her intense physical activity. Visual: Scenes are hit or miss. Often the text describing a scene uses much more detail than the scene actually contains. You'll read how you're in a forest, with rays of light coming through the canopy, to see a bright scene with a few thin trees and a lot of open space. It's as if the dev wrote the story and scenes, failed to find usable assets, and didn't rewrite the original vision. The scenes are generally too bright, with shadows looking very diffused. Shadows sometimes change direction, or are visible in inside locations. This makes it hard to gauge the time of day, or the passage of time. Some details seem easy to fix, like an oil lamp having white instead of yellow light. The love interests and MC are nice to look at. For once, we have women with realistic body proportions, and an MC with a reasonable sized penis. Personally, I hope this is the start of a new trend. One thing that surprised me were the facial expressions. They're generally well done. Surprise, disgust, anger, ... They're all shown on the character's faces. The same goes for eye placement, characters are actually looking at things, not just staring off in the distance. While the game has a textbox (which I greatly appreciate), it doesn't seem like the scenes are designed with it in mind. Often the textbox will hide the "interesting bits" in a scene. Novel: The story gets set up as an Isekai. The protagonist is transported to another world, and finds himself at a dojo. Akiko, the only person there, becomes his trainer. Akiko has a feud going with Sayuri, who owns a nearby dojo. Apparently, Sayuri has been stealing Akiko's pupils (and killing them?), and has been sabotaging her dojo. All of this setup suddenly falls away after a while. Akiko and Sayuri decide to work together, and their conflict is glossed over. Sure, there's still some lingering mistrust, but somehow Sayuri isn't the enemy anymore. During the story, Akiko and Sayuri decide to use the MC to lure enemies to them. All the questions/concerns the MC (and players) have about this, are declined by Sayuri yelling "Do as you're told!", and the MC acquiescing. The story takes many short-cuts like these, like Sayuri disappearing whenever it's convenient for the story. While I do think the story and world has merit, sadly, I don't think its pacing and execution is great. There's very little known about what drives the different characters, including the MC. This becomes apparent when the player is asked if they want to stay in the new world, or return to their original one. We only know about this world, and very little at that. We have no idea about the MC's previous life or background. There are many choices like these, some grant achievements, and others (intimacy choices) determine which ending you'll get. Otherwise, the choices don't lead to alternative story paths or events. Probably my biggest gripe with this game, is the amount of useless text. Often, the text is describing what is shown in the scene. Sadly, like mentioned earlier, this description is in much greater detail than the scene itself. In my opinion, it should be the other way around. The scene should speak for itself, and the text should show what the characters think or feel at that moment. They could have a conversation, or a difference of opinion, with the scene setting the tone or reason for a disagreement.
Some foot action.
Just leaving a comment so my friends get these type game recommended to them 🤣 Also good game buy it at a discount imo
I would describe this title as 'Not Bad'. The writing was okay, not too many errors. Story was also okay, although it felt like it went on a little too long. Graphics are okay as well. Noticing a trend here? This game isn't going to blow your mind but it's not going to make you rage about the money you spent either (Unless this is your first adult visual novel and you don't know what to expect).
Good stuff
Pretty cool.
