Nice and simple tower defence, with no over complexity. Love the art style, minimal, but impactful. Even though it is the full release, I hope that they build on the games concept.
A neat game with no depth. For 3,99€ it may be worth your time. It was fun for couple of hours. It has some minor flaws but what to expect for that price :D Yeah and finally a tower game where you play as the Germans :) For The Fatherland!
Really fun tower defence game for a good price. Requires some thinking to get through the levels, game runs flawlessly, Units are well balanced but still a bit sparse. Would be fun to have more units to experiment with more strategies.
For a first-time game, it was pretty good. Yes, it has some bugs, and more units and upgrades would've been nice but all around a solid game. The developer continues to work out the bugs and is very responsive in the discussions. I will say the last mission is very tricky if you don't do your units right. Good Game coming from a new developer hopeful to have more games available in the near future.
Fun little game, really need to pay attention to your unit's weapon radius. The machine guns are great defenses but you only get so many and their radius is small. You might need to put basic riflemen where you'd prefer an MG just to nip at the allies because the MG won't reach. You gain access to better units and abilities as you progress. My only criticism is that it needs more maps or maybe a workshop to create additional maps.
For The Fatherland.
- Appropriately priced, would probably slap a tenner on it, max. - Fair amount of playtime available given price - visually reasonably clean, low poly graphics with cool ambient animations and lots of background details that set the mood well - sweet writing -Pretty cool take on TD -I like it in theory _ Janky in places. purchasing units in pause mode requires 3 or 4 clicks. Made me want to p... _ Occasional delay between unit attack and registering dmg on enemy units _not enough unit diversity imo, _needs more balancing, eg FIRST WAVE of first level took me a few attempts to ensure I didn't immediately lose a life and by wave 15 I had unlimited funds. _ tower death mechanic needs either reworking or removal, units you place will periodically take damage and be deleted if reaching 0 hp, serves no real strategic challenge and is basically just an annoying time waster that requires you to replace 1/4 of your towers each wave over and over again, nice attempt at diversifying gameplay in TD but basically just made me want to p... 5/10 overall, would like to see a sequel or more work done to smooth the edges on this iteration <3 will revisit and update recommendation. Edit -> Going to give positive bc of games potential, Really hope dev keeps working on this bc it was pretty fun despite all negatives.
So i have finished the game and i like it
