About
Yes, this is a game entirely about watching things get sliced.
No monsters, no quests—just gravity, a heated wire, and that oddly satisfying feeling you can’t deny.
In Foam Cutting Simulator, you’ll experience the refined art of hot-wire cutting.
Objects fall from above, pass through the glowing metal wire, and split cleanly into halves—or several pieces.
Foam, plastic, toys, metal parts, electronics—everything gets cut, nothing escapes the burning grid.
All you have to do is… watch it slice through. Listen, and enjoy that momentary “shhhhk—”.
Authentic Cutting Simulation: Every pass through the wire feels like you’re practicing for a welding class.
True Real-Time Physics Cutting: The game uses a fully dynamic system with no pre-made fragments.
Every object is cut based on its position, angle, direction, and speed the moment it hits the wire.
Drop it sideways, drop it straight, bump it at an angle—each result produces a completely different cut and unique debris.
Players can freely choose how they want to slice: the angle, the approach, whether to cut fine or cut wide,
even challenge themselves to break an object into the maximum number of pieces—your approach shapes the outcome.
This new dynamic cutting technology makes every split natural, unique, and impossible to replicate.
Cut Everything: Light objects, heavy objects, weird objects, things you never expected to fall—all can be sliced apart.
Therapeutic Rhythm: The sizzling, the soft clatter, that brief moment of silence—perfectly soothing.
Detailed Physics Reactions: Drop something too fast and the fragments might even do a little dance.
Pure Viewing Pleasure: Endless, irresistible “mm… so good.”
Because you deserve it.
Because you want to relax.
Because watching things get cut is satisfying.
Because life is complicated, but this cutting grid is always steady, straight, and reliable.
Watching objects fall apart neatly is more calming than any meditation.

FOAM CUTTING SIMULATOR is a minimalist simulation experience that embraces a very specific kind of appeal, one rooted not in progression systems or narrative hooks, but in pure sensory satisfaction. Developed and published by 神 SHEN, the game positions itself as a digital equivalent of oddly satisfying videos, inviting players to slow down and focus entirely on the simple act of objects being sliced by a heated wire. From the moment it starts, it makes its intentions clear: this is not a game designed to challenge reflexes or strategic thinking, but one meant to calm the mind through repetition, predictability, and clean visual feedback. The core interaction revolves around watching various objects drop downward and pass through a glowing cutting wire, splitting cleanly into pieces. There is a deliberate elegance to how this is presented, as the physics feel stable and consistent, reinforcing the sense of control and reliability that underpins the game’s relaxing nature. The materials themselves may vary, but the pleasure comes less from experimentation and more from the anticipation of that precise moment when gravity and heat intersect. Each cut delivers a clear visual payoff, supported by understated sound design that emphasizes soft slicing noises rather than dramatic effects, helping to maintain a tranquil atmosphere rather than overstimulating the player. What sets FOAM CUTTING SIMULATOR apart within the simulation genre is its refusal to layer additional systems on top of this central idea. There are no objectives pushing the player forward, no score chasing, and no external pressures demanding efficiency or mastery. Instead, the experience feels intentionally open-ended, allowing players to engage for a few minutes as a form of digital relaxation or linger longer if they find the rhythm genuinely meditative. This design choice makes the game accessible to virtually anyone, regardless of gaming experience, but it also defines its limitations, as players seeking depth, variety, or long-term goals may find the experience finite once the initial novelty wears off. Visually, the game adopts a clean and uncluttered presentation that reinforces its focus on satisfaction and clarity. There is little visual noise, and the environment exists primarily to frame the act of cutting rather than distract from it. This simplicity works in the game’s favor, as it keeps attention locked on the central mechanic and helps create a sense of calm consistency. Combined with the subdued audio design, the overall presentation feels intentionally restrained, almost therapeutic, as though the game is designed to be played while unwinding rather than actively concentrating. FOAM CUTTING SIMULATOR fits neatly into a growing niche of micro-simulations that transform singular, mundane actions into interactive experiences. Much like other titles built around pressure washing, unpacking, or simple physics interactions, its value lies in how effectively it translates a small real-world satisfaction into a digital form. It does not pretend to be more than it is, and that honesty may be its greatest strength. Players who approach it with the right expectations are likely to appreciate its clarity of purpose, while those looking for structure, progression, or narrative engagement may feel it lacks substance. In the end, FOAM CUTTING SIMULATOR is best understood as a digital stress-relief tool rather than a traditional game. It offers a calm, repetitive loop that can be genuinely soothing for players who enjoy focused, sensory-driven experiences. While its narrow scope limits replayability for some, it succeeds in delivering exactly what it promises: a simple, oddly satisfying simulation that invites players to switch off, slow down, and find enjoyment in a single, well-executed action repeated to perfection. A very simple time-waster in which you drop trash onto a cutting machine. You can do this manually by rotating and dropping items, but it’s much easier to just press a single button that drops the item automatically. Each cut item gives you some money, which can be spent in several ways. The first option is to buy new items to cut. You start with rubber ducks, which get boring after a while. There are all sorts of things to cut, such as flowerpots, chandeliers, statues, trees, and many more. Items drop at random and are selected from the pool of purchased items, but the cutting speed depends on their size and material. While a rubber duck goes through instantly, a sink takes a bit longer. However, larger items also earn you more money because they break into more pieces. But going overboard with new items is not recommended. This is because you need to keep the cutting machine in working order, which costs money. First, you need to recharge its energy, which decreases with each cut item. Second, every cut also reduces the machine’s condition. Both costs are relatively small, but each purchase only restores a small chunk of their respective bars. If you don’t overspend on new items, you’ll have more than enough money to maintain both bars. If you do have extra money, there are a few optional upgrades available. For instance, you can increase energy capacity and machine durability, though these are expensive and unnecessary. Another option is a wheel of fortune with several prizes, such as a money multiplier for your next cut, a bag of money, or a free new item. While the wheel has a few empty spots that give nothing, the cost per spin is low and the odds of winning are generous. The final option is purchasing new locations. There are several, each costing slightly more than the last. You can’t preview the locations, and there are no additional perks for buying them. If you automate the button press itself, this game can become a semi-idle experience, requiring attention only every few minutes to refill energy and repair the machine. Unlike other items, these two essential purchases always remain the same and do not increase in price. Using this strategy, you can reach the game’s goal of one thousand cut pieces in under two hours. You can continue playing beyond that, but there’s little reason to do so.
Normalnie aż motywuje to aby grać dalej…
