There's about as much content as a demo...and there hasn't been much more in 4 years. What there is is lovely and fun and awesome, but I can't in good conscience recommend spending $10 for it. It would be honorable for the developer to make the price $3 or so, take responsibility for the fact that it's not getting finished any time soon, and let people make an honest exchange for the value on offer.
Abandoned
Abandoned game. Bought it 5 years ago, and since very little has happened. Quite unfortunate since the premise and artstyle was promising...

It's interesting variation of hide-and-strike game with elements of strategy. There is also a story. Every unit (quite a lot of them so far: soldier, swordsman, knight, rouge, etc. and a RAM, loool) have a bit different abilities. You are to position your troops and strike enemy down in one turn. There are some interesting mechanics like planting bushes where you can then hide. My biggest grip is auto-finishing battles while there are some items still lying around. But why? I have executed this Black Knight and now I want to TAKE this YELLOW SUPER SWORD!! I recommend helping a fellow developer to finish this game.
Seemingly long abandoned. Had great potential, but as it stands at this apparent stopping point it's not worth it. If there's at least a dev update I'll revisit the review!
Charming visuals and soundtrack, with really interesting combat. Unfortunately also abandonware, which is a shame, because the parts of it playable are quite fun.

A fun game that I was really enjoying, but between the bugs and lack of updates I don't think I could recommend it. I was enjoying my playthrough despite hitting a but that prevented me from equipping my archer with anything after unequipping their old bow. But then I reached a bug that stopped all progress. My map shows a town as my destination, where I have a chat with the local lord and they start a party and give me an emblem. After chatting with everyone I leave, but my map still shows the town as my current mission destination. Entering the town again resets all NPC interactions, so all I can do is chat with the lord again, receive the emblem again, and start the party again (even though visually the party is already underway). NPCs who I chatted with and then left have reappeared, including one who at the start of the conversation has "???" as their name, but then reveals their name partway through the conversation. Of course when I revisit the town, he's back and his name is "???" again until we repeat the same conversation. I've only played for around 8 hours and it feels like I've barely made a dent in the broader story, but I guess I won't be finding out any more since the game hasn't had an update since May 2019 (3 years ago at the time of this review). What a shame, the game could have been something great.
Great concept, nice pixelart, fun mechanics. To the dev: You'll better finish this or you'll regret it all your life. It really is a diamond in the rough! Looking forward to any projects you start after this.
