First Hero - Epic of Gilgamesh

I don't know why I enjoy this game. You can look at the screenshots, trailers, everything about this game and can see it is not a highly polished production. The graphics are awful, the cutscenes are even worse, there's translation errors, and I am not even really certain this follows the Epic of Gilgamesh all that well. BUT there is something about the gameplay that is compelling enough to carry me to the end. Some of the weapons you can get in the game are completely busted. Finding out what kind of crazy stuff could be pulled off was a treat. There's so much I would suggest to change about this game, but I am not certain the dev is active anymore. Overall, I'd say if you don't mind horrible graphics and some jank, there is fun to be had for not a bad price.

Its worth the 7 bucks the second the first character speaks. I have spent more money on less fun games, and this one is pretty rad once you figure out the jank. Strong recommend

Absolutely exceptional game. Really made me feel like i was living out the Epic of Gilgamesh, I never felt like I could be the first hero to go about these lands, but little did I know, there was a game for that. This has fantastic combat, graphics, and story that is unmatchable. Truly an innovative title that rivals Elden Ring.

Who can say "I am king" with the same rights as Gilgamesh?
