IMPORTANT NOTICE:
The current version of Knights of Galiveth (now known as Zahalia: The Knights of Galiveth) is the old build. It is playable but has problems. A new version is actively being worked on and this version will eventually be updated to the new version when finished. This title will be available for a low cost while the old version remains up then a new price will be determined based upon the final build.
Knights of Galiveth is a Multi-Character Metroidvania Style Action RPG Featuring Permadeath. Explore different fantasy environments with the 8 Knights of Galiveth, each with their own stats and skills that make exploring different with each character. Some areas will only be accessible to specific characters while other areas will require you to use teamwork between characters to get through. The game features "permadeath" meaning that when a character loses all it's HP and falls they're gone forever. This can restrict you from getting items and exploring areas that required that character. There are alternate paths to take to get to your objective.

The Darkness is spreading. The Dark Prince Rhigor is using the Ethi to unleash The Darkness over the entire realm. The twelve kingdoms ignore the warnings and wage war against each other. All except Galiveth, the Kingdom of the East. King Yehar receives a warning of the The Darkness in his dreams. Yehar sends his best Knights, known simply as The Knights of Galiveth, to see if his dreams are true.

*Multiple Playable Characters that can be switched to at any time.
*Exploration that varies depending on which character is being controlled.
*Each character has their own Level, HP, MP, STATS and INVENTORY.
*Permadeath! Once a character is dead they can't be revived.
*Yigo the Merchant!!

一款横板的动作冒险游戏 极度反人类的按键设置,操作上有迟滞感,存在大量的小bug,比如卡在墙里 关卡设计上非常的枯燥,纯粹只是为了增加可移动范围而增加
"Zahalia: The Knights of Galiveth" is a copy + paste of the developers other games, "Comit the Astrodian" 1, 2 & 3 but this time it's been reskinned and is pretending to be a Metroidvania (but since it largely doesn't work, and the quality is so bad nobody seriously tried to play this, it's a rather moot point). As always, when a game itself is copy + pasted, my review for that game is going to look very similar to my reviews for the games this was copied from.. after all, there's only so many ways to describe garbage. You get a number of different characters to choose from, which would be desirable if the game worked. Because this is just a copy + paste with some things rearranged, of course the engine problems are the same. When using the keyboard, the same bug is present and you can't move left or right if you're jumping, which renders the game unplayable. I can understand one game not being tested properly, but now it's starting to look like every game from this developer (all of which are just the same copy + pastes with a little reskinning and level assets rearranged slightly) has all the same problems. Not really acceptable for all this copy + paste shovelware to be polluting Steam and taking up marketing space for genuinely made, original amateur games instead of all these ripoffs. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. A choice was made to use obsolete, decades old retro pixel "art" as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics. It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget or talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low as a result. There's no option to change the resolution and no useful graphics tweaks. There's no way to ensure this is running at the native resolution of your display. There's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers, or gamers using AZERTY or other international keyboard layouts. PC gamers will be insulted by the presence of console peasant children's toy controller prompts, despite this being on PC. Developers should try to be aware which platform they're developing for. While this is on PC, it has all the hallmarks and deficiencies of a console game, from the clunkier than needed control scheme to the less than cutting edge graphics. There's 10's of thousands of PC games on Steam, and PC gamers deserve only the best. This might not appeal to many gamers due to the lack of PC-centric design. It's unclear why this game was never accepted on the video game console appliances it seems to have been designed for. Some of the defects in the game can be attributed to the choice of using the GameMaker Studio construction kit/toolset. This is a very poor quality toolset favoured by amateur developers as it's cheap and requires little in the way of development skill, but unfortunately has very limited capabilities. Just as you can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear, you can't make a great video game if you use a terrible engine. GameMaker Studio is most commonly used to make retro pixel shovelware and cash grabs. A strong argument can be made that construction kits like GameMaker Studio should never be used to make games for profit, as the "developer", LunarCore Games has done here. These construction kits are intended to teach people some of the basic principles of game development, and to make small demos to pass around with friends. They're not intended to replace to actual work of real, professional game developers. So it's inappropriate when amateurs try to use these for profit, without any actual, real game development effort taking place. This doesn't result in products that have any real meaningful value for gamers. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. You don't have to take my word about how bad the game is, we can measure the interest in a game by how much people bothered to play it. "Zahalia: The Knights of Galiveth" has achievements, and they show us a very clear picture that the game absolutely failed to capture any interest from gamers. The most commonly and easily attained achievement is for for killing 100 enemies, trivial to achieve, but less than 4 percent of players bothered to get that far before uninstalling the game. That's a tiny, tiny proportion of gamers who even bothered with this. Ouch. Reviewing SteamDB to check how popular this game was with players reveals a surprise... there's a very healthy spike in player counts for the game. But this isn't consistent with the achievement stats, that show less than 4 percent of players bothered playing the game for any reasonable amount of time. How is it possible for this game to have so many concurrent players who didn't bother to played the game? Trading cards. People will use card idling software to collect the cards and sell them, but this won't trigger any achievements in-game. That tells us people only really bought this game for trading cards, and that's a damning indictment of the woeful quality. A closer look at the numbers shows the game just has a couple of players every week running up the game and idling it for cards, then deleting it. We must ask how it benefits gamers for there to be so many games like this, with no merit as a serious game, that only generate sales from people idling and selling the trading cards. "Zahalia: The Knights of Galiveth" is relatively cheap at $1 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, this is impossible to recommend.
I was really enjoying the game up until it crashed when i wqent on to the next area. At which point i tried reloading my save and it wasnt there... 4 hours of game play lost. Feels great..
Good concept but there's only need for 3 characters in total - The Shield, The Shooter, and The Double Jumper. Reducing the number of characters would have greatly simplified the game. Overall, the game is extremely buggy plus you will never finish it because after a certain progress through levels, the game just starts crashing. You'll never go beyond that point. This game can be resurrected if the developer gets back on it and works on some of the feedback from players. But the developer has been absent there from the start. DON'T BUY THIS GAME! DON'T EVEN PLAY IT FOR FREE! It will give you a headache.
this game has a great concept however it is poorly executed... i will try and beat this game (the pirated version) For two reasons 1. it is a bit more stable than the current one 2. lunarcore games said its gone from steam
В игру нельзя играть на клавиатуре
Yeah it's a broken mess with plenty of bugs and crashes often.
