Operate faithfully reproduced Rosenbauer America fire trucks, extinguish fires, and rescue civilians in need – together with up to three friends in the co-op multiplayer or with the help of AI team members in the single player mode.

The multiplayer co-op mode allows you to play in a team with up to three friends to save lives and, of course, fight fires. Within the team you are free to assume whichever role that suits you most.
In single player mode, you will experience up close what it means to fight fires in a major US city as the leader of an experienced firefighting team. Thanks to the intuitive command UI, you take control of assigning tasks to your AI colleagues and jump right into the thick of the action yourself.

TLDR: Fun when you are actually fighting the fire, clunky when you are doing anything else, bring friends and it might be better, solo is just okay. The game shines the moment the flames are in front of you. Rolling up, choosing the right engine for the call, grabbing the proper tool for the fire type, forcing a door, breaking a window, cutting through a wall to chase hotspots, then pushing the hose line until the glow dies, that loop feels great and surprisingly tactile. There is a real rhythm to matching tools to problems, and when it all comes together you get that satisfying “we got it” beat. Outside that core, the game loses some steam. Movement and menus feel stiff, driving the rig is more commute than thrill, and missions start to blend into each other after a few hours. It wears the simulator label, but once you look past hose choice and basic tactics it does not go very deep. The sequel seems to smooth a few rough edges, but here you can feel the clunk. Co op helps a lot. You can still find players online, and coordinating with real people, splitting tasks, calling rooms, handing off tools, turns a routine job into something that feels like an actual team operation. Bots will do the work, they just will not lift the experience the way a good squad can. If you want the fantasy of lights and sirens, quick size up, smart breaching, and a clean knockdown with friends, this delivers satisfying sessions. If you want richer simulation, better driving, and more variety in calls, temper expectations, and play with a crew.
