Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

2026年回顾ff7重置第一部,人物实机建模能感受到不足了,当然这是对比第二部的情况下,游戏性深挖还是很有意思的,负分的地方只有强行小游戏还有谜语人剧情,这根本不是重置,这是二周目

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 26: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Latest in each market: best BR #22, worst DE #92 · 13 markets collected
US · last 30 days
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 37.89/day in the week to Aug 4 → 46/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Having a blast! Cloud is awkwardly funny!
第一次接触这个系列,剧情很棒,动画做的出彩,战斗系统有点复杂,很喜欢
It is a good action JRPG based upon a classic of the Turn Based JRPG genre. If you've played the original FF7, this is a great way to experience the characters again in a story that looks similar on the surface, but has some interesting changes along the way. If you have not played FF7 before, this is still a good way to get an idea of why it has been hailed as such a masterpiece for decades.
:D
its so freaking good im so excited for the one coming out next year
I don't often post reviews for games unless they are very bad games, very good games, or very funny games. As I have recommended this game, you can deduce it is one of the latter two. Allow me to preface this review by saying that this game probably affects someone my age in a much different manner that it would someone even a few years older or younger. I was about 10 when the original game came out, so when I first played it, it had a very profound impact on me from the start and very much shaped how I created and processed stories, and set a bar for what I consider excellent games. Indeed, I count myself very lucky that I was a child of impressionable age in the mid 90s when video games were at their peak in terms of story and impact; in my opinion. Over a few year run, I was able to play Final Fantasy 6 (it was called 3 back in the day in the US), Chrono Trigger, Earthbound, and a host of other legendary games. Each of those have a place in my heart, but none so much as Final Fantasy VII, which became my favorite game from the moment I first played it, and remains so to this day. Having said that, whether you should play this game depends entirely on what YOU want in a game; this is not an action game, this is a game about story, character, and feeling. If that isn't your cup-of-tea, then you may not be interested in a game like this. Also, I do echo the sentiments that a lot of the side quests of killing random monsters could entirely be cut and do feel like filler. There are many side quests that do have interesting and/or pertinent story details that flesh out the world, but those that are just slay monsters (and they're typically earlier in the game) do get old fast. However, if you were a fan of the original FFVII because you liked the tale it wove, allow me to put it this way: I am naturally very wary of any kind of remake, be it film, music, or video games. All to often the remakes destroy that ineffable quality that made the original worth remaking; they render the soul of it to ash and subvert the meanings and very essence to a dribble that is only packaged to make money on the IP. That is bad enough for a run of the mill remake, but it is so much worse when it is a remake of something that you cared about; and magnitudes worse when it is something that you loved and helped shape and define who you are as a person (I think of Star Trek as an excellent example of that for me). That is the mindset, the caution, and the fear I had going into this game. It is an indescribably surreal experience for me in many ways to play this game, as the original had a very defined order and path to the story. This one is... different in many ways. I would not even call it a remake so much, but I do not wish to give away what I believe the story is unfolding to be; it is worth the journey should you wish to take it to find out yourself. To me, the gameplay is not the draw; I have the difficulty set to easy as the battles for the most part are more obstacles to the story than additions (in fact, personally I liked the combat system in the original better, but that is a dated system these days). The story, the characters, and the music however all weave together in a very beautiful way that is almost indescribable to me. It transports me back to being a kid again, but almost through a glass. Its weird being able to walk around 3D rendered areas that were always 2D before, strange to see new people and stories in a world you know so well that are subtly different. If the original FFVII was something you enjoyed as a kid, this game I think will remind you of that in a most wonderful way, without being just nostalgia (there is a lot going on in it but it's not overpowering "Look at Me I'm Nostalgia" kinda thing, but again, I really think you should avoid spoilers if you can, it matters in this game). Ultimately, in the final analysis, what to make of this game? It's being released in 3 parts (the last one be out until next year) and this one only covers the beginning of the original game through leaving Midgar (not even to the end of the first disk). Currently, you can pick up all 3 for about $90 on Steam; that might be a high price for some, but GTA VI is going to have a similar price tag and who knows what that will be like. I am a pretty frugal fellow, but I can tell you this for what it is worth; I would gladly have paid double that to experience this game. To put it another way, I penned a three page letter to the development team thanking them for their hard work and fulfilling their duties to the source material; if they ever received that or not I cannot say, but its not often I write a hand-written note thanking someone for being a good steward of something that means so much to me. Anyway, that's my take on it. ~~~ RATINGS ~~~ - Gameplay 3/5 - Graphics 4/5 - Music/Sound 5/5 - Story 6/5 - Characters 6/5 - Value 5/5 - Overall 5/5 Perfect Recommendation - A punch right in the feels for anyone who was a fan of the original. Ps. I do try and add humor into my reviews when I make them, but honestly, for this one it didn't feel right.
Simplemente hermoso. Un juegazo esta primera parte.
