This game is a masterpiece, but good lord the PC port is actually garbage. Square, you need to improve your PC ports. Also thanks for breaking mods n the latest update lol.
i played it but im unable to finish, to booring
i scream i cry i laugh i got smitten (by tifa) and if it's not a good game then idk what is :D
There are so many minigames that playing them just makes you even more frustrated.
If you told me this is a fan-made game, I would have said it's alright. But for the love of god I can't believe this game was released by Square Enix after I've played the first part. I rated FF INTERGRADE a solid 10/10. What went wrong with this game? The good: >NOTHING. I SWEAR. NOTHING. HOW DO YOU ACHIEVE THIS? Maybe the combat mechanics at best but I can't even enjoy the combat with how bugged and muffled the audio mixing is currently in the game. SQ, I beg you, PLEASE read forums and Steam discussions. They are filled with people complaining about the audio. The bad: >Hands down the worst PC port I've ever seen. Bar none. I thought Nier Automata was a disaster. This is the bleeding edge of bad ports. >The worst performance I've ever seen and I have a 5090. The game is stuttering SO hard I can't even focus on the scinematics or gameplay. I'm talking 0.5 second freezes literally every 3 seconds.I've never seen anything like this. Turns out I had to disable ReBar to fix it from the bios. I've never seen a game with ReBar issues. >The worst Audio I've ever heard. Audio mixing is bugged and combat sounds are extremely muffled. It's as if I'm hearing TV audio from another room in another floor. Can't find any fixes online, only people complaining in forums with no confirmed fixes yet. >The worst graphics I've seen last 10 years. This is literally peak PS3 graphics. How does someone butcher a game while using Unreal Engine this badly. Look at what Expedition 33 achieved. >The worst quality control. Literally everything is bugged. Thought SQ would be able to afford QA. >Parkour was introduced. I have never experienced a worse parkour system in my life. It is so incredible bugged, it wouldn't even pass as a tech demo in its prototyping phase. >Never in my life have I seen someone cheap out on a map this badly. I kid you not, they took a topdown SCREENSHOT of the city and added it as a map. I'm not seeing this. This isn't real. You literally can't even see the damn ROADS in the game while using the map. FANMADE GAMES HAVE BETTER MAPS THAN THIS. Why would you cheap out on maps of all things? What didn't you like in the first game's city maps and decided needed changing? That it worked too well? >The exposure is having constant panic attacks. You either see nothing or you are blinded. The transitions are horrible too, constantly changing with the slightest camera movements. >Quick timed events everywhere for no reason. As if it's a PS3 era game. >Full of mini games NOBODY ASKED FOR. Nobody liked the mini games in the first game either. From what I read by other reviews, they decided to triple them. This can't be the best Square Enix has to offer. And this is coming from me, a diehard fan of the series. I'll eat up even bad FF games. But this pushed the limits too far. If you absolutely have to play this game, buy it on PS5. A generous 2/10. I haven't even mentioned 10% of the problems I have in this game because this thread will become massive. AI would have generated a better game.
