Fun and cute but with many flaws, barely gets a positive. Needing to follow the game-guide closely or else you will miss many quests and items makes gameplay tedious. The "punchball" event can crash if you re-arrange your team. RPG-maker games are low-effort as is, so I expect a bit better. *I edited this review from negative to positive after finding a way around the puncbowl bugs, and noticing my son likes the cute animations in this game lol *
I played this for just over an hour and a half, before admitting to myself that this was just boring. The story is meh, the combat is meh, and in my 90+ minutes of playtime there was zero nudity (despite making sure I had the right option on). I found myself auto-battling every encounter after a while just to get through the game quicker, but it defaults to basic melee attacks so my party kept dying. It's just not interesting enough to play through properly.
it takes itself so lightly that it ends up taking you away of the game
English text is headache inducing. The banter between party members are FAR from amusing, annoying actually. Makes me care about them less and less as the story goes on. It took quite a while to get the main pay off for players like me (who wants to see bewbs) to get what they want. 4 out 10. An RPG set in a medieval-like setting are getting one too many already... I hunger for a sci-fi fantasy now... The setting of Light vs Darkness are getting stale to the point I want to join the dark side already, especially when my party members (including the male protagonist) made me care less and less about fighting for the side of light when they behave like they have ZERO motivations to do so. I can't recommend it.
It's an short linear RPG without any highlights...at last there was only 1 bug (1 achievement doesn't show). Buy it if it's on sale.
