About
Why buy from heroes when you can be one?
Be the ultimate shopkeeper in a gorgeous, stylized fantasy world—but getting your stock means getting your hands dirty.
Step into a fast-paced 3D first-person hack'n'slash roguelike shopkeeper where your business success relies just as much on how hard you can swing a sword and how fast you can run as your trading skills.
Your inventory costs blood, sweat, and steel.

If you are reading this, you haven’t been slaughtered by a skeleton (yet?)—congratulations!
Study these sacred tenets to survive the dungeon depths, forge shop fixtures, and ruthlessly price your way to the top.

Step through the doors behind your shop into a descending roguelike nightmare, or head to the local forest to forage.
The Dungeon Demands a Toll: Carve your way through hordes of skeletons and monstrous foes. The deeper you go, the rarer the loot. But beware: if you die, you lose your entire unbanked haul.
Do you secure the bag and head home, or risk it all for a legendary drop?
Crazy Build Potential: Find dungeon altars to alter your playstyle radically. Shrink down to a tiny size to dodge massive attacks, use the Midas Touch to melt heavy items into gold, or cycle through manic and depressed combat states to keep enemies guessing!
Survive the Living Forest: Nature has a mind of its own. Adapt on the fly to goblin raiding parties, sudden thunderstorms, and the mind-bending chaos of psychedelic mushroom season.

Surviving the wilds is only half the job. Once you make it back to your cabin in one piece, it's time to put your hard-earned materials and recipes to work.
Gear Up: Forge stronger weapons and craft tougher armor so you can push even deeper into the dungeon on your next run.
Check the Quest Board: Survived expedition? Make sure you stop by the local Quest Board to turn feats you've achieved during your expedition into gold, gear, and items.
Decorate (for Combat): Build specialized decor to customize your space. Your interior design isn't just cosmetic; the right furniture layout provides permanent combat buffs for your next dive and boosts your shop's overall sales appeal.

Unlock the front doors and let the gold flow.
Ruthless Economics: You control the tags. Read the market to set prices based on current supply, demand, your shop’s prestige, and your decoration bonuses.
Find the sweet spot—price too high and goods gather dust; price too low, and you go bankrupt.
Grow Your Business: Take your massive profits and reinvest. Transform your humble roadside cabin into the ultimate mercantile powerhouse.

Love the Idea of it, just makes fun because you have both parts of fighting and building your own store
My review is mostly derived from an exhaustive playthrough of the demo and also the the initial time spent in the game. I will continue to play and see how things develop, but below are my opinions so far. The game has two parts: running a shop and delving into a dungeon. Personally, the lack of true RPG development in both areas leads me to think: "What were the developers actually doing?" Since there is absolutely no co-op at all, a game like this needs fun mechanics and progression. It has none. There is absolutely zero character development besides gear that gives marginal increases to stats. No skill trees, skills or abilities, builds, runes, enchantments, different specs, ability to customize and adapt, nothing. There are no out of combat skills like mining, fishing, etc. There is nothing but hack and slash, but not even in a fun way. The combat can be nice, but it's clunky and stutters. The shop itself feels like an alpha version where the developer puts a tagline "This is just to test the mechanic, we'll be improving!" but then they never actually improve. Characters are flat and static and often bug in the shop. There is no customization besides decorations. There are no meaningful upgrades. One change from the demo is they increased the price of the shop size upgrades. People pointed out that gold is effectively useless, so all they did was increase the time it takes to get to the useless point rather than add things to the game. The overworld is nothing. The forest is neat, but is nothing that makes me want to go back. The music and visuals are nice and pleasing and there is a lot of potential. But a game like this with so few features is a waste of time to play and invest in.
Feels like an alpha, 10 hours and i got everything and no reason to play.
Sket kul!
Good little dungeon crawler / shop management considering the price. Start of the game is a little tough but once you get a decent staff and melee weapon you're flying through the levels. Performance is good besides the fps drop when entering and exiting the dungeon
Would absolutely sell my soul for more inventory space. Fell & Sell is the kind of game where you tell yourself, “I’ll just play for 20 minutes,” and suddenly it’s 2 AM and you’re arguing with yourself about whether a slightly shinier sword is worth keeping. The core gameplay is simple but surprisingly addictive. You explore dungeons, collect increasingly ridiculous amounts of loot, sort through your inventory, and then sell your hard-earned treasures so you can go back in and do it all over again. Basically, it’s capitalism with swords, hammers, Maces, Staffs, etc. ✔ Fun dungeon crawling ✔ Loot everywhere ✔ Surprisingly satisfying inventory sorting ✔ Great art style ✔ Selling things is somehow more exciting than it should be Cons: ❌ Can become rep quiet quickly but is still fun ❌ My inventory is never as organized as I think it is ❌ “One more run” is a dangerous phrase Overall: If you like dungeon crawling, loot, progression, and the irresistible urge to pick up absolutely everything that isn't nailed down, give this a shot. 10/10 — I came for the loot, stayed because apparently I’m a shopkeeper now.
