Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.57/day in the week to Aug 19 → 8.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
ACT 1 is available at launch. Acts 2 & 3 will release as free updates in the coming months!
FEED THE PIT is a linear, story-driven, investigative horror game where you hunt wealthy individuals through a dangerous card game in order to Feed The Pit, all while avoiding relentless horrors.
THE PIT hungers. To feed it, we're sending you to kill people in Carrister Valley. Hidden deep in the woods, your only hope at finding them is with magical cards--each of which asks a unique question about the target's location.
With the right inquiries, you'll narrow down the map until only one possible spot remains. Your card selection is limited--you'll have to play the hand you're dealt. No two investigations are the same.
Every mission brings a new monster, acting as your nemesis for the day. Their behavior is a mystery. Take dangerous gambles and pay close attention to discover how they work, and more importantly--how to survive.
THE PIT is here to save us. And you've been invited to join his Chosen Circle. We have a higher purpose to serve. A new world order to execute. For Brotherhood. For The Pit.
A complex and branching story lies ahead. What will you do?

I saw Markiplier play this game and couldn't help but buy it myself. It's an amazing game. I've completed the first Act, and I'm really looking forward to seeing the remaining chapters. I had a lot of fun optimizing my card usage. The monsters were mostly fun to deal with. I just wish some of their sound cues were a little more noticeable when they're behind you
(Flesh Thief in particular. Spriggan and Little Rabbit are fine, I think)
. The chase after you find your target is also very satisfying. It's great that you can locate them either by sound or by following their footprints, even if they manage to run far away. Though I do hope that trees won't be the only hiding spots targets use in future updates. I also enjoyed the jokes and visual gags. They felt like a nice touch, and I appreciate all the little details you guys put effort into. My only complaint here is the moment before the first mission, where the game won't progress until you change the radio station. I understand that it's the only clickable object around and that it's a setup for a joke, but since I was enjoying the rock music, for a minute I genuinely thought I had softlocked the game. It feels a little weird to make changing the station mandatory just to progress. As for the story, I'm a big fan of the premise, but as it gets more convoluted, I can only hope that some of the things currently confusing me will be answered in later acts.
One of my main concerns so far, however, is Caroline's reaction to some of the story's events or rather, her lack of one. As players, we're given plenty of reasons to question the Church, with some fairly explicit warnings that the Breach is going to end horribly and that the Pit itself doesn't want it to happen. Because of that, Caroline's hesitation in some dialogue feels strange to me. To be clear, my issue isn’t simply that Caroline hasn’t realized that a cult sacrificing people is bad. It’s that she has received a supernatural warning that continuing to obey Father will end horribly for everyone. If Caroline memories return and provide even more facts to question the head of the Church, some of the previous options expressing complete trust in it feel a little pointless. This may make much more sense once acts 2 and 3 come out. But for now, though, some of her dialogue options feel oddly passive compared to the importance of the information I assume she has.
I saw Mark play and I immediately wanted to play. Came for the Puzzle, staying for the story.
Excellent surprise. Twists and turns reminding me of Inscryption and Pony Island. A mystery grander than you'd imagine from the trailers. I'm hooked and cannot wait for part 2 & 3. Please play it if you're a fan of single player horror games. The devs have clearly a LOT of ideas.
This was an amazing story that had me tense and on the edge the whole way, the art style really helps build the world and the story telling.
This game is absolute gold. It has a similar structure to game Dispatch, where you have the main gameplay loop, and after that you have the story. The main gameplay loop is awesome. Basically it is a guessing game based on different shapes, but with the twist that you are also being hunted by different monsters. The story is really interesting, mainly because of the mysteries that surround the flesh pit and also who is
Elijah and the Cardmaster
.
i feel like im in vietnam
So good! Good graphics, extremely good story, world building e characters. The gameplay is solid. Can't wait for act 2 and 3!
