Very difficult and very frustrating. Couldn't beat it after a while unless I wanted to cheat, but I didn't want to give this environmentalist propaganda anymore time.
use the unoffuciola mod , but the premise of the creators is really cool I would really buy a more refined and clear version of this game!
Utopian but it does give me hope and inspiration for the real world. Fun to play and work on improving each new campaign.

One of the hardest games I've ever played, since the original X-COM game. In a good way, that makes it addictive. There are some missions I still haven't defeated, but rather than getting frustrated I keep coming back to, time and time again.
Quite difficult to get into but all the more rewarding when you beat a mission for the first time. The game expects you to experiment and lose a few runs until you figure out how to even get to the end of a scenario without being terribly overwhelmed with disasters. But you'll find out what the cards do. What the interdependencies are. Which techs unlock which buildings and open which paths. Regional strengths and weaknesses. All in all a quite well researched game that managed to predict (in some sense, depending on which scenario you play) the future so far.
While it may have some questionable choices like disregarding private sector investments, this is quite possibly still the most comprehensive climate change management game on the market. Mods are recommended.
Almost no introduction to the complicated fuel-energy-emission system, and very difficult. More like a simulator than a game... A better introduction would benefit a lot and make this game much more entertaining.
