Estuvo bien, y pese a lo que las criticas digan, no la encontre muy lineal a la historia.
“Fate of the Storm Gods” is a well-written interactive novel with vivid descriptions of magic and a strong sense of mythic scale. The worldbuilding is engaging, and the prose carries the story well enough that I enjoyed reading it from start to finish. Where the game falters is in its mechanics. Skill checks often feel unforgiving unless you’ve invested heavily in a single approach, and the personality traits can blur together in practice. As a result, many choices feel more restrictive than they appear, and it’s easy to end up with a character who struggles simply because your interpretation doesn’t match the game’s expectations. It’s not broken, but it can leave you feeling less effective than you’d hope in a story about powerful magic-wielders. Despite those issues, the writing itself is strong, and the story is coherent and complete. If you’re here primarily for the narrative and the magical setting, there’s plenty to enjoy. Just be prepared for a more rigid mechanical structure than in many other Choice of Games titles. (6/10)
A game with a rich worldbuilding, that then fails to capitalise on it. It simply tries to do to many things with to little time to show them, leaving the majority unfinished. Nevermind that the epilogue is rushed, confusing, very generic, with little to show based on your choices. Also, the choices in the climax are suddenly much harder than the rest of the game, leaving you suddenly with a bad end with little to tell you how. The game could have been a lot better, if it had been twice as long.
