Shishimai Rinka was a high schooler who ran a small café named Lion House in place of her grandmother. She lived her life much like any other person her age, but one day, she was caught up in an explosion while returning home on the train alongside her friend, Hitsuji Naomi.

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Aug 24 → 0.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This game is very racist. There are three characters with brown skin. Two of them are extremely muscular and hyperviolent, the third is an apparent suicide bomber. The first two are singled out by the narrative as being uniquely scary and violent, plus main character's internal narration constantly refers to being scared of them 'for some reason'. I stopped playing the moment the Indian man broke into an ICU to hold a bunch of babies hostage. If it weren't for the fact that I played for longer than 2 hours and am thus not eligible for it, I'd have requested a refund even though I bought this on sale.
A visual novel that puts you in the shoes of Rinka as she and 11 other recently deceased individuals compete to be the one who comes back to life. With the main method of eliminating other participants from the competition being discovering key information about them, it's more focused on exploring each character and their interpersonal relations. Rinka herself is an outwardly reserved but deeply passionate and caring protagonist, and I wasn't sure if she was a fit for this kind of premise but she actually works very well for the kind of experience it is. With it centering on death and regrets it can have a melancholic vibe, but that doesn't stop it from trying to be light. It can also get kind of insane at times but not unbearably so. Add in its strong soundtrack and visuals and you have a very engaging experience I'd strongly recommend to visual novel fans.

It's been 3 and a half years since I got this game. I've replayed it a few times, and I think of it nearly every week. It's a beautifully painful game, and the branching narrative and different endings really build the "what if" element. It felt like the right balance between death-game and something that built on the humanity of the loss of each character as they were eliminated. I just wish the fandom was bigger so I could talk about this game more! Genuinely one of the games that has had a massive impact on me :)
Very strange. Not Dr. Strange level of strange. It's just strange. I do like Fatal Twelve. However, if there's anything that I will say, this is less about yuri and more about the initial aspect of the mystery and the story. The main character is strange. The heroine is also strange. I don't know what to describe about Fatal Twelve. The gimmick is pretty straightforward, yet it's kind of complicated to talk about because this leads to magical lands ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. The story is "everyone for themselves", yet the story makes you feel the weight and guilt of every single person even if their writing is like super short. There's so many things that I feel strange about this visual novel, that I think it feels both disconnected and connected at the same time. I read halfway through and forgot briefly that this was about yuri. Not because the heroine was acting very possessive regarding to her-future-girlfriend, but because the game is focusing on the event that's unfolding before the protagonist and her friends that's so distracting that you only feel the effect of what this visual novel was actually advertising back in the PV close to the end. It's really funny because I say all of this to praise the game. Honestly to cut the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, Fatal Twelve is very good and I would say if you would like a yuri focused story then this might not be for you, because this part only happens with 30% of the story. Slow burn isn't exactly what I'd call it, there's just so many things happening that the protagonist wouldn't even have enough time to process all of it and the heroine. Overall I'd say give this a spin if you're into mystery ♥♥♥♥ - this isn't Umineko When They Cry, but I'll guarantee that you'd cry at some point because of how many ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ things happened in this story that actually made sense given the circumstances.
I ended up deciding to drop this game midway. I'm really not fond of the writing and overall tone of this game.
Artstyle and voices are great. I find the whole concept/idea of the story very interesting and it has a lot potential. However, I feel like they kinda messed it up a bit of how the rules work and how people would act in such a situation. Still, it was a good read, and I found myself cheering for the romance until the end. But I have to stress that this is the type of game where meaningful choices would have been nice to have, because the main character basically does nothing for the majority of the game, and somehow gets trhough everything with luck and kindness, it's a bit silly.
I had a lot of fun ranting about this game, but at the end of the day..the story is weak. You have barely any decisions ever, most of which don't feel like they do anything. A lot of very lazy writing going on. My favorite example is when Rin "disguises" herself by dyeing her blonde highlight black and cutting her hair short But then her hair just magically grows and "black goop falls from her hair" so her blonde streak is back I guess they really wanted her to disguise but didnt want to change her main model at all
