kinkslop fatgem 11/10 if you're into this kind of inflation stuff, it's a no-brainer especially at the price. Even if you're not a pervert, it's a really solid arcade title with an interesting twist. Just buy it fatty <3
I think Fat Fleet is pretty nice, I appreciate the ability to turn off kinks you might not be into... however, I think popping should be one of the ones you should be able to turn off. I know it's listed as optional in the menu, but I know some friends who really don't care for it at all, so that would be nice. Same goes for the vore listed. I like the custom template so you can put your own goobers in the game, may not use it, but it's a nice feature!

Before I get to my review, I'd just like to say congrats to the DoubleCap Productions team for getting your game on Steam! I had so many hours of playtime on the original itch.io version, and I'm happy to see that this game I've had such a blast playing, is not only now on Steam, but will also continue to be worked on and updated. I can't wait to see what your team plans to add in the future! Now for the review; Fat Fleet is an arcade-style space shooter in a similar vein to Galaga, but with a twist, and that's that the game has very blatant fat/inflation fetish content. Now, one might make the assumption that because this game was made with the explicit purpose of being fetish material, that the actual gameplay would be lackluster and not given much attention to in-service of providing material meant to "titillate" the player, especially with the general stigma surrounding NSFW games on Steam. However, I can safely say that Fat Fleet goes against those expectations, with a game that is highly fun to play in its own right, so much so that I'd even say it's worth playing even if you aren't at all interested in the games sexual/fetishistic content. The game sees you playing as one of 6 different female characters, each with their own unique playstyle, shooting cake out in the vastness of space. It plays like a traditional space shooter arcade game, with you at the bottom of the screen trying to clear out a wave of enemies firing at you from above while trying to avoid the bullets they send towards you, but there's a catch, and that's that when a cake is taken out it can then be eaten which will make your character gain weight. When your character gains enough weight, your bullets become bigger and stronger, with the trade-off that you become slower and your hit box becomes bigger. This provides an interesting risk vs. reward element where the player has to think about whether or not they should go out of their way to eat the cake and gain weight to make it faster to clear out enemies with their bullets, but making it harder to dodge the bullets being sent their way. Some cakes provide different effects, along with some that provide special power-ups. All of this makes for a very engaging gameplay loop that is easy to learn but tough to master. Not only that, but there are also several different game modes to choose from that help to shake up the gameplay, with one, for example, that makes you lose a life for becoming too big, providing a new complication to the risk/reward element, along with some game modes that feature bosses that each provide a unique challenge. These game modes add so much replayability to the game, not to mention how each character plays wildly differently. The presentation of the game features a charming 16-bit aesthetic with arcade-like sound effects, which really makes it feel like you're playing a retro arcade cabinet. There's also voice acting for every playable character, helping to give each a distinct personality, along with different costumes and color palettes you can unlock for each character that, while they don't serve any gameplay function, do make for a nice reward for playing. When it comes to the fetish/NSFW content of this game, each character appeals to different kinds of kinks that are listed in the characters bio, and while you can't turn off most weight gain/inflation elements because of how they are inherently tied to the gameplay, you can turn on and off nudity, voices, if the characters can burp/fart, and if their stomachs rumble, which is great to have as an option for those that might not want to view certain kinks. Overall, this is a great package that, even just as it is now, is well worth $2.49. I'd recommend it to anyone who's a fan of arcade-style shoot 'em up games like Galaga or anyone who has an affinity for larger ladies. Though I would suggest that you only play it in the privacy of your own home, cause god only knows what kind of stares you'd get from people if you got caught playing this in public...
Left a very in-depth review on the itch.io page that will be pasted here. played plenty of the itch version too To nutshell; For what it is, its A very solid SHMUP with some killer pixel art, voice work and regular art of fat women expelling gas. Nothing more, nothing less. Tough as any arcade SHMUP should be. It presents a nice balance between snowballing strength and increasing vulnerability. Offers a lot of customizability to fine tune your experience. play it if you like weird horny stuff and SHMUPs as a whole. To Un-Nutshell; 'Shockingly In Depth' is what I can say when it comes to this game. I was expecting a simple Galaga style shoot-em-up with some big gals getting fat and nothing more. This game absolutely blew my expectations out of the water and should be considered the Gold Standard when it comes to NSFW Games. -Pixel Art is hard to do well, this game does so at every point. I can appreciate the in game 'Cakeiary' for providing some nice flavor text for everything as well as serving as the main 'completionist' point for seeing all the nice spriteart for all of the bosses being uniquely defeated. The same can be said for all the characters having unique animations for their various sizes. -The Multiple characters have one to two unique mechanics each that make their playstyle vastly different from one another. Whether that's different hitbox sizes/shapes, shot types, passive differences like GP Cost, or changing aspects of how the game itself plays. Its hard to not enjoy all of these characters relatively equally. -The multiple bosses are all pretty solid with unique gimmicks. I like how basically every character can handle a boss slightly differently, rarely being as simple as just shooting and avoiding projectiles. Some seem tailor made for boss encounters (Pump Punk can absolutely dog walk Slightly Strawberry with her reflective parry), but are a genuinely difficult match up for others (Corpulent Coconuts' outer shell forces a long cooldown on Pumps' main attack as it ricochets all the way back). -It's nice to see several gameplay modes, I can't speak to all of the options (I simply haven't played them yet) But they offer a nice change of pace when compared to just going through Arcade Mode. Achievements work in every game mode as well, so certain feisty ones (Slow And Steady, Better Out than In, Picking Favorites, Lung Strength, etc) Can still be completed on modes like Simple Taste, Cheese, or Mixed Palette. -There's some extremely solid voice acting at play, I wasn't expecting MULTIPLE actresses, all of which doing an amazing job with their characters. The same can be said for the carried sound work with the ominous sounding gurgles, creaks, and gas. -In my opinion, this is the ideal way to implement achievements. Testing your knowledge of a given character and rewarding you for going out of your way. And ENTIRELY OPTIONAL with the key system if its giving you too much trouble and just want the content. The cheevo is still unlockable too if you want to come back to it after using a key. -The game has a nice Risk & Reward style with your Damage being tied to your hitbox and movement speed. Culminating to a Burst (Screen nuke and floating sheilds) or Floating away (background helper that fires shots) There's a surprising amount of nuance to how you can approach things. You can very quickly snowball yourself if you're able to save your gas, as overfilling your meter gives you extra points, and automatically parries for you for free, meaning you can spend even more time watching them stuff their face. You could alternatively focus on pure survival and stay somewhat slim to avoid the bullets easily at the cost of the soft timer pulling the enemies up close after a certain point. -There's an extreme amount of customization at your fingertips. Something that was 100% unnecessary, but absolutely appreciated. From toggles for the voice lines (if you for some reason DON'T want that), choices between belches, farts, both, or none—with the same for stomach—sounds, to hard gameplay cheats that disable achievements like Invincibility, infinite lives, starting stages, and even boss difficulty. Personally, I feel that the latter half (avaliable in the Cheats Menu) Should be locked until after the player goes through a few runs just so they can experience the 'intended' experience first. -I can see some not meshing with the one-and-done style of Arcade SHMUPs. Playing the same stages over and over again. But personally, that sort of mastery is exactly what i'm looking for! Slowly but surely besting the bosses and learning bullet patters for the sake of some lovely spritework every run or so -Finally, I have to mention the in-game art gallery chronicling a metric TON of fanmade-art for the characters, It makes me wish I knew about this when it was in development so I could get something in there too. it's a nice extra reward for those aforementioned achievements. There's simply SO MUCH extra artwork to look at! -The only direct negative I have is that clarity is a bit of an issue at least to me. The bullets and pickups are fine, the ones to avoid are clearly marked, flashing and can be parried away, its the Cakes specifically looking a tad too samey thanks to how they use the same base. I think some of the more specialized cakes have a different silhouette, it would help a bit more for parsing at a glance. For example: -Coconut could be all fuzzy on top to represent coconut shavings. -Ice cream cakes could be a bit lopsided with little icicles. -Sponge Cake could be more heart shaped with divots in the silhouette. And so on. I genuinely would help differentiate the cakes as they're flying around without needing to look for specific color combinations when the heat is on and you have to prioritize important targets. Ultimate, It isn't the end of the world, there are only eight special cakes so its not hard to just remember the color combo and act accordingly, but considering how rough and tumble it can get later in the levels, It could be something to consider, maybe an option to toggle on and off more 'defined' designs like how Silly Sally has her older sprites as a skin. But other than that....I just wish there was more! More characters, additional skins (Although that's covered by the Custom Skins you can just MAKE yourself), more bosses, some more feisty Achievements (I'm sure there would be a '1CC' achievement in the eventual campaign), More...anything really! This isn't a knock on a perceived 'lack of variety' I just want more of this game (at a reasonable pace of course, game development is hard as hell)! -Overall, this is a game that I genuinely didn't expect to be as good as it is, it's leaps and bounds over other NSFW games that I've played and paid WAY more for. Genuinely if you're looking for a solid SHMUP Experience (and want to see a buncha Fat gals belching/farting in space while eating cake), you should play this game. It's absolutely worth at minimum a fiver for all the content and art it offers (so that's what I paid). I'm certainly going to keep tabs on the Dev(s) to see if (hopefully when) the dedicated campaign mode comes out. I'm sure it's a lot of work, even moreso for a smaller dev team (Six full campagins minimum, most likely some Touhou-esque cutscene's, written dialogue, more sprites and maybe extra voicework if we're lucky), So i don't expect anything to happen for a long time, but if (again, hopefully 'when') it releases I'm sure it'll be just as if not more quality than what we have here. And for what it stands, the game itself is in a solid state as just an Arcade SHMUP.
Big Chungus; Origins
It's VERY plain but for the price, you can't really complain. :)
THIS GAME IS SO ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ PEAK
I have to say, i'm not really that much into weight gain or BBW and all that stuff. BUT specifically Perky Phoebe become quickly by far my favorite of the entire roster of characters, so much so that i 100% the achievements for Phoebe specifically, i really love her design, personality and her unique playstile. Not joking, i decided to try Tres Leches cake for the first time in my life just in honor of Phoebe, now i have found out that i actually like Tres Leches cake. 9.5/10 game. Perky Phoebe made it very worth it for me.
The CAKE, was in fact, not a lie
(Ignore the play time, I played the Itch copy more.) It's a very clunky shmup by design, which is why I'm rating this a no. You're probably better off watching someone play it on Youtube. The main issue the game has is effectively the same thing that you come here for, why you play the game. As you progress, your character grows bigger, but so does their hurtbox (by a lot), so the dev bandaid-fixed this by adding a burp mechanic where you can spend some built-up gas to basically "parry" incoming shots. This combined with the increasing enemies over time and increasing enemy attacks means there's a point where being big means just spamming your burps and praying you max out your size meter before you run out of gas. (That's a sentence I never thought I'd say, ha.) Other than that, I also find the game's way too cramped, locking characters is kinda cringe when each character fits a different kink (meaning certain kinks are locked behind you playing characters you don't like), the only interesting enemies are the bosses, I hate how separated your character's "gun" and their weakpoint(s) are on the character's sprite, and Pump Punk's unlock requirements are annoying because it effectively requires timing something you don't have control of. All this said, the game's limited art is pretty nice, and I love that the gallery includes content warnings, something I feel more lewd games should have, so a big thumbs up for that. Nothing sucks more than unlocking lewd art in a game only for it to flashbang you with some unholy fetish you can't even pronounce, heh. Also a bit of a hot take, but I don't like that there's sexual pride flags in a game that doesn't have the LGBTQ+ tag (as of the time I'm writing this.) If more people buy this game, make sure to help tag the game properly, as that feels like a pretty important tag.
