I really don't expect this to be quite challenging (Took me 20 minutes to find a chicken and I refuse to give up). I'm having a blast so far and level design each stages keep improving the more you progress. Loved the mini lore and hints scattered across the place. I havent tried it yet but it'd be cool if this support steam deck as well.
Taking the hidden object genre into 3D just in time for Chuntmus. I've never played a hidden object game where I was able to explore the environment in more than 2D. At first the controls were a bit hard to get around but once I got the hang of them it became seamless looking for the Christmas themed items. I appreciated the interactivity of the search where items would be in boxes, drawers, and other places that required some sort of player interaction. There is a good amount of content with lots of levels and side objects on each one. I recommend this if you like searching for stuff Christmasly.
FULL REVIEW HERE: https://youtu.be/bFNZNdn7PFA This game is absolutely perfect for the Christmas holidays, finding hidden objects throughout very detailed large levels, meeting some interesting characters and finding a few hidden secrets along the way. The biggest issue holding this game back is the lack of re-bindable keys (middle mouse is rotate which makes long play sessions difficult), however this is planned to be implemented soon. This game is very obviously made with a lot of passion, and although it has a few issues I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get into the festive vibe! If you're a fan of the genre you're going to LOVE this, and if you haven't ever tried it, this is definitely a great starting point!
This game was really fun, the characters are cute and funny and the detail in the graphics is exceptional for the price. Some minor flaws in my opinion: The ending wasn't very satisfying and a little confusing as it tells you to come back in December to find Santa; I had to wrestle at least one object per level for my click to register which was a tad frustrating, in particular the advent calendar on the last level, I was clicking away and only a third opened, I had to keep coming back and trying to open the others....maybe that was intentional but I found it annoying; final improvement area for me would be the soundtrack, it's nice but very short and gets repetitive, it would be a great game to have a live music soundtrack on rather than computer generated but appreciate that's a massive budget/time consideration so just a thought. The things I loved about the game were: I adored the mini Christmas village and garden setting in the Museum so vibey, there are plenty of objects to find which makes the game really satisfying, the start of a level is pure dopamine hit. The different scapes were really well designed and original, the train was one of my favourites. Lastly, I just hated that radish but cheered out loud when I found it. IYKYK. Merry Christmas.
From the moment I started playing this Christmas-themed hidden object game, it wrapped me in a warm and cozy holiday atmosphere. The festive music sets the tone right away, creating a comforting first impression that makes you want to curl up with a blanket and dive into every scene. One of my favorite parts is how each location comes with its own little storyline. These small narrative moments tie everything together beautifully, giving the game more depth than just searching for items. It makes exploring each area feel rewarding and meaningful. There’s also an impressive amount of content. With so many themed locations to visit and countless festive items to find, it truly feels endless. The camera can be a bit tricky to scroll around at times, but it’s a small inconvenience compared to the amount of detail packed into each scene. I also love that every level includes tasks that help you earn up to three stars, which are needed to unlock later levels. As you progress, the game gradually becomes more challenging with more items to discover—making it feel absolutely worth the money. The difficulty curve is satisfying and keeps the gameplay fun and engaging. Overall, this game is a genuinely enjoyable experience that captures the magic of the holidays. If you’re looking for something cozy, festive, and full of content, this is definitely a game that will get you into the holiday spirit.
What a great time! I participated in the playtest and was really looking forward to the release! I haven't been disappointed. I'm about 8 hours in, and this has been a lot of fun, just exploring the levels with no stress. The characters are cute, the humour is on point, the little details are amazing, I keep just looking around and exploring. It's really apparent that this was made with a lot of care and attention and I really really appreciate how fast the devs have been keeping up with updates and bug fixes.
