bethesda managed to break this game beyond any measure with the creation club 2.0 patches, ruining thousands of mods and forcing players to perform voodoo with the steam console and depot installations to actually enjoy the game past a first playthrough, and all this was done to sell subpar mods on their busted storefront sorry todd but after wasting two evenings trying to get folon to work i cannot recommend this product to anyone interested in the modding scene (read: anyone buying a beth game)
Definitely recommend this to anyone, it's in my top 5 favourite games of all time, modding it can be a pain but once you get them working......it just works :D
Забагованый калл с ужасным интерфейсом, половину времени провел в гугле смотрел что и как сделать и как пофиксить баги и пропадающие текстуры
It seems like I'm a sucker for Bethesda games. Despite the obvious flaws, like the bugs and dialogue system, they're still able to hook me with the open-world exploration and constant flow of progression. The major con with this game is the technical state. Forced v-sync and having physics tied to the framerate meant I was greeted with ridiculously sluggish input lag. I turned that off and capped the FPS to 60 by editing an .ini file, but then I noticed the loading times were a slog despite the game being installed on an NVMe SSD. I resorted to mods after that, installing F4SE and the High FPS Physics Fix. A few of the many voicelines weren't present or were cut a bit short, but apart from that, I didn't see any dramas throughout my playtime. So, if you do get this game, be prepared to do some homework. PCGamingWiki should guide you through the process.
good
Everything I ever wanted in a video game, and then some. 10/10 for story, 10/10 for world. 10/10 for gameplay. 10/10 across the board.
Yuh, it's fallout. Play it once all the way through, then MOD MOD MOD! Trust me, it's well worth it. The #1 modset i recommend is Sim Settlements 2, adds a whole new mechanic to the game and plays with the main storyline perfectly.
Could be a very good game. -Cannot run above 60fps, otherwise the game breaks and runs 2x speed. -Each time you enter a building there is a 2-5 minute black loading screen. (Because if you lock fps to 60, the game loads slower, yes that's right -.-) -If you want a fix, download a mod that could break your save, and then wait for a Bethesda update to break your save again. You just can't enjoy this game, too many bugs and inconveniences, it's absolutely mind-boggling how bad this company is, actually cannot be real people (ghouls?). Not fixing infamous yet VERY simple game breaking bugs. I have egg on my face that I decided to buy this. At least it's ok on the steam deck.
